HMRC sent these twerps my tax refund but because it was a small amount they didnt bother letting me know, and theyve kept my my tax refund. How bad is that? You should be ashamed😡😡

Yes there is a fee, but they did exactly what they said they will do and got a refund from Hmrc. The tax advisors were helpful and polite

How can I end up owing money to HMRC for claiming expenses through you guys? No contact from them, had to find out from HMRC

Not sure what this fraudulent company is all about but they took my money without my concenct and now I've been trying to contact them and they dont pick up phones or email but is okey im going to press charges again this scam

Absolutely awful company. Basically, you pay them more than a quarter of what you are owed from HMRC, to do something you can do in a a few minutes yourself and have the money much quicker when you do it yourself. They are preying on people that do not know how to do it or those that cannot access HMRC app due to lack of I.D. Robbing company...DO NOT USE!

Scam! I received a email saying I could be entitled to 600 pounds when knowing I was getting much more so as I only thought I was getting 600 pounds roughly I applied for the return for which I actually received 960 pounds and they took 360 pounds, in a time when people are struggling and tax’s are high enough as it is do we need companies like this scamming our workers out of money? Should be illegal and any money they take should be refunded

Absolutely appalled by the service and the fees as well as monies that are taken without this being explained before agreeing to.
Requested to be removed and no longer receive their services several times, but still waiting for a response to confirm that my request has been processed

What a scums this and all others companies will just rippe you off. Thieves! You can one click tax return yourself

Was easy, clear and quick

I gave this rating because I was ripped off last year—I only got four pounds out of over 100. You're a bunch of thieves.

Was due a tax refund of few hundred pounds last year , this company decided to help them selves to it for their fees etc and left me with a £25 cheque …

I'm disappointed with what you did last year, not recommended

Very hard to get anything from HMRC.
