Do not use will take majority of your refund go straight to gov website and do it yourself

AVOID AT ALL COST. Fees are high. There is a way to not have the business act on your behalf and go to the gov directly.

They take Alot of your claim. Like 75%if not more. I have contacted the 5 times and I have only had once response. And it was basically saying I gave them permission for life to do my claims. I used these in 2022 for covid working from home refunds. Not to be fleeced twice a year!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Disgusting people. I've had to report them through HMRC and action fraud. Not only do they take 80% of the refund. They ignore requests to recluse their services. I have 9 auto responses after emailing asking them to stop making claims in my behalf. Even the ones I'm owed naturally and where heading my way anyways they swoop in and snatch it. Last example and this is not the worst one by far just the most recent despite hmrc forcably removing them they still reapply using my initial digital signature. But my last refund was for the value of £196.60 they took their cut. And sent me the dust of which is £29 exact. I have asked multiple times in the last year for them to stay out of my tax affairs and yet they don't. Alot fell for their ad scheme they ran through covid offering refunds based off working at home in covid. These middle class people are being rediculed by TR Ltd. And for me this last one broke the camels back. I'm going to cause they so much trouble based off all the information I've accumulated

They have taken my last 4 years tax returns without me knowing they are a scam company why would you let someone take your money when all you need to do is go in the hmrc app and they will pay directly to your bank

Never signed up to your cimpany recieved letter sayung i was entitled to tax refund of £100.54 recieved a cheque for the amount of £6.76 not happy as that was my money scammers

I requested information regarding tax and working from home. They have taken my last 2 years tax refunds without consent, after fees I have received £5.44. This is clearly a scam, I tried phoning but they do not take calls. I tried to place a review on their website but it would not accept a 1 star review.

I had an accident a year ago and have just had my 4th op so am grateful for the help I am getting

I had tax return of 135 and ended up with 30. Can't even remember asking for help from this company. Will be lodging a complaint here and at hmrc.

just the last part in signing the documents was glitchy i put in the verification code several times and couldn’t progress any further. that’s why i left it as it was until i got the text message with the link to complete the signature once more and that seemed to have finally worked

They took my refund, sent me pennies. Avoid them don't let them become your tax agent.
