Do not buy from this company. They will charge you recurring membership fees just for buying any old junk from their website. Stay away.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT PERMISSION. VERY SNEAKY AND DISGUSTING.

This is a company that bundles in a trial membership with purchases. Crestline Commerce LLC ran the ads under Vanoir and Totes Adorbs ("custom" bags) names. They're based out of Sheridan WY.

Vanoir setup a temporary website to handle orders and then shut down the website after the ad campaigns were done. First red flag.

Products take over a month to be received. All of their products are shipped from China, hence why they take so long to arrive.

Company relies on the user to not realize that they signed up for a membership while making the purchase. The checkbox for the membership is already checked. No welcome emails for the membership. The ONLY reference to you signing up is small texted at the very bottom of the purchase receipt you receive via email.

When the trial membership ends they will charge you $29.99 for the reoccuring membership fee. Again, no email notification, no welcome email for the membership, nothing. Their goal is that you don't have notifications set-up so you don't notice the monthly charges.

Get your products elsewhere. Deceptive businesses like this need to go out of business.

Stay away. Total scam garbage company. The fake products are just a way for them charge your card a monthly subscription fee for making a purchase. They need to be shut down.

A very poor experience. A hidden monthly membership fee of way more than the initial purchase price. The plushies still hasn't arrived either. Very bad experience. Don't touch this company!

My bank blocked the transaction for an order before I even thought about reading reviews. Did some of my own research, negative reviews, vague descriptions on their website and no real information about the company. Avoid.

Fraudulent company. It charges customers a monthly automatic subscription of $29.99 yet fails to clearly disclose.

I would give it zero if possible. Totally misleading and deceptive website. I ordered a tote and never received it. Lots of fake “status” emails. Unbeknownst to me when I made the order I was auto signed up for a “VIP subscription” - whatever that means - and was autocharged. When I tried to fight this I was pointed to their “terms and conditions” - as if that is acceptable for misleading and deceptive practices where a customer has to know there is a pre-checked box at the end of the webpage order which is checked “yes” to sign up for a bogus subscription. Truly disgusting
