No one seems to be really listening to my problem.

Einfache Bestellung, schnelle Lieferung, guter Service bei Problemlösung.

Da die Minikamera nicht meine Erwartungen erfüllt hat, wollte ich sie zurück schicken. Dieses war schnell und problemlos möglich. Auch die Erstattung des Geldes erfolgte sehr, sehr schnell. Bin angenehm überrascht

Ich bin mit dem Angebot des Unternehmens sehr zufrieden.
Einziger Nachteil für mich war, dass die Kommunikation nur in Englisch stattfand.
Die Summe, die wegen der Rückgabe des Produkts geleistet wurde, war sehr zufriedenstellend, so wie die ganze Abwicklung des Kontakts.

Once I was able to email the company re a refund, they have dealt with this quickly.

The camera we ordered and received has to be charged with a cord. We were of the understanding that it had a battery. Also, the camera is too small for the area we purchased it for. We are just not satisfied with the product received.

Can't get to connect each time I try it changes the code and the app is poor I'm afraid would like my money refunded

The connection with the camera is unstable and often lost. Additional it's difficult to connect the camera with the smartphone

Ich kann nicht wirklich eine Bewertung abgeben, da ich überhaupt keine Erfahrungen habe. Die Kameras sind geliefert worden und sie gehen zurück, da ich technisch nicht damit umgehen kann und es nur auf Englisch beschrieben ist. Ich beherrsche kein english. Schade.

I can't wait to get my cameras! The only negative is when I checked out, your ad popped up and I thought it was for a discount on the two cameras. I called immediately after I realized it for an additional two cameras. The rep said it was too late to do anything about it.

Bin mit allem Zufrieden nur der Versand dauert!

Die Abwicklung war problemlos, jedoch gefällt der Artikel nicht . Schlechte Qualität, schlecht zu verbinden.
Entspricht leider nicht den Erwartungen.

Ich habe dort Ware gekauft, da es ein Problem mit der Ware gab wendete ich mich an den Support, der reagierte schnell und mein Problem war schnell geklärt. Es ist normal das Probleme bei Käufen auftreten können,aber in meinem Fall hatte sich der Support schnell gekümmert.

Die Kamera GetSpyFocus tut sich schwer mit dem Netz verbunden zu werden.
Die Kamera hält keine Spannung und muss permanent an einer Powerbank hängen.
Die angegebene Software bietet kein taugliches handling.

Definitely scam ! The camera is really fake , it doesn't worth the money, moreover it's not working.I ve send 3 emails , and didn't get any response.
My mistake was , that I didn't check the website on Trustpilot , and it was big failure.
