Ich habe heute einen Kontoauszug von meiner Bank erhalten und war angenehm überrascht. Ich habe den bezahlten Betrag zurück überwiesen bekommen.

Jan 18- -3 transactions on my Barclaycard non authorised after a small transaction that I tried to cancel in 5 mins after but told already sent ! VV quick? Then told them whatever sent would be returned ,so reg and ins all that came and was damaged as in plastic bag -no good packing around it -Card statement shows 3 diff transaction total £265-64 Jan 18 -now with rec delivery shows & they wont say havent recieved Iv asked Barclaycard for help -3 months later no refund and utter junk with no solar or battery charging so trying to cancel blocked with lies -DONT buy from them.Too late I looked on Trust pilot and found many others same probs.

This is a scam. I saw the advertisement on YouTube. I ordered on March 18th, 2025, but I have yet to receive the goods on March 31st, 2025. Each time I email them, they ask me to wait for another 2 weeks. Utterly useless

UPDATE The cameras have now arrived, but only 2 of the 8 cameras are working. I have contacted them to send me details of how I can return the 6 cameras that are not working and how I can get a refund. So far, I haven't received a satisfactory response. I saw their advert on YouTube, I wonder if YouTube vets those who advertise on their platform, because this is my second experience in as many times I have bought something through a YouTube advert.

They offered 35% refund, which is an insult. I have reported this transaction to my credit card company, which is now dealing with it.

Scammers and Fraudsters! They were selling (actually, providing fake tracking numbers and stealing money) from site SPYFOCUS.COM. Then, after 300+ negative feedbacks and getting total score 1.2 out of 5 they damped that site and started new GETSPYFOCUS.COM. But lazy staff still send mails from both addresses: supportAspyfocus.com and helloAgetspyfocus.com

Hello!! DO NOT buy from this company... I tried to purchase cameras on line, the site crashed twice when trying to proceed with purchase.. on the second attempt my card payment went through for €123 and funds accepted by Getspyfoucs and money in their account (My bank as verified this several times to me along with an approval code) and I can see the payment gone from account and proof provided as same.. GETSPYFOCUS are refusing to acknowledge the payment has hit their account at all.... Customer service keep ignoring my proof and refusing to return my money to me...

die Spykamera funktionierte nicht Sie wurde von mir zurückgeschickt. Die Rücksendung wurde nicht erstattet. Nach Reklamation eine Rücksendenummer nach Bremen weitergegeben. Rückzahlung sollte nach spätestens 14 Tagen erfolgen. Das ist inzwischen zwei Monate her. Erneute Reklamation ohne Erfolg.
Update ich habe in der Zeit vom 31.07.2024 bis Heute 18 Mails von getspyfocus.com erhalten.
in den Mails wurde fünf mal die Sitzung als beendet erklärt. Dann sollten die Sendeunterlagen und Trakingnummern noch einmal neu gesendet werden!
Nach meiner Antwort dass ich alles schon im August
geschickt habe, bekam ich die Antwort dass ich zu spät den Antrag auf Rückerstattung gestellt habe??
Ich kann nur Jedem der beabsichtigt bei dieser Firma etwas zu bestellen ABRATEN.

The system doesn't work. It is a scam. I want to return the goods there is no contact anywhere to enable the return. To get the system set up i have to pay for an app. What a joke.

Worst company ever to work with, but the camera didn’t work. Had to pay for shipping to get a full refund. I still haven’t got a refund by. Beware I would definitely not buy this camera. Total scam.

Ein betrügerunternehmen ware ging nich kein Absender zum zurückschicken auser einer email und da bekahm ich keine Antwort sodas ich strafanzeige stellen mußte da auch abgebucht wurde und auch keine rückvergütung erfolgte nach mehrmaligen anschreiben

I purchased a spy cam from this company on 14th August 2024. £45.94 was received from my account but no acknowledgement of the order, or delivery. I feel like I have been scammed. I have tried to find a contact number but no joy. PLEASE STAY CLEAR.

This company is a scam, the cameras are not as described, the returns policy is ignored and you wont be refunded. The cameras require software that then requires other software which is all Chinese spyware. they will be monitoring your feeds. Do not buy these products if you want something cheap try Amazon blink or something at least amazon will refund you.

My order of 2 spycams and scan disks turns out to be a problematic and time consuming.
It took some detective work to figure out what happened. I reported this to PayPal and my bank before figuring out what happened.
The charges came in the amounts of $44.97, $31.98, and $50.93. I should have been billed $76.94 for 2 Spycams and extra scan disks. Instead I was charged $95.90 for 3 camera's and no scan disks.
Also, right before I checked out, I was offered another discount on the 2 spy cameras.
There is a slight price difference, only $20.00. The problem is I don't get the scan-disks I ordered. Worse yet, I don't want the 3rd camera nor do I get a discount on that extra spycam.
It is my opinion that the billing department needs more supervision and training.

Die App funktioniert nicht auf Samsung Handy. Batterien haben eine SEHR kurze Laufzeit. Hände weg von diesen Kameras. Absolut unbrauchbar und Schrott.

I went on line and ordered 1 camera. I was charged an additional 147.00 which I did not have this company approval . This is fraud of an elderly person.

Disgraceful how they are allowed to
Trade. What a complete con Chinese rubbish. They must know they are dodgy as they offered me over £22 back & to keep the product how the hell get to sell this stuff ….

They are advertising on Youtube now. The ad was convincing, it made me check it out. I am VERY glad I went to Trustpilot first and discovered their scammy history.
Can't Youtube be informed? They should not be allowed to have a top ad there with reviews and Trustpilot scores like this.

I’m still waiting for my product as well, now I know I’ve been scammed . 😕

Thanks to all the reviewers, it stopped me buying these , well done Trust Pilot for also putting a warning up saying that their name was being used incorrectly. 👍
