Received a key on 26/1/25 - all good at first but 8 weeks later the key no longer works and I have no access to edit or create documents etc at all. Getting message to say it is an invalid key and has been illegally reused. I have sent message and just hope I get a response.....
Updated - Got quick and helpful response and all now sorted. Thank you! Fingers crossed all remains good.

Received link and instructions. Instructions were clear. Download and install went smoothly and everything seems to be working perfectly.

Downloaded the link supplied after payment, a tiny hiccup my end as you need to delete any existing Office application before installing. Works fine and very happy.

As Microsoft are discontinuing PUBLISHER and I use it for some documents I can't b bothered to convert

Needed Microsoft office on a new laptop. It was as described and incredibly easy to install onto my laptop. No need to wait for something sent in the post, it was sent to my email with step by step instructions. I can't recommend it enough.

A couple of glitches getting the program installed and running. Ended up using the MS website and the product key for the disk to download. I only use Word, Publisher and Excel on an older laptop. Buying this lets me cancel my 365 subscription (now $130/yr). Very good deal.

I was leery at first about the price being so reasonable. I took a chance and ordered the product and am I ever happy I did. Fast delivery and installation went easy. I ordered Office 2021 and received my key within minutes. I had just reset the notebook and there were no older versions that I could see. But it kept installing to the 2016 version. James was able to find 3 previous installations of 2016 a nd was able to remove them in less than 2 minutes. Thanks for the top notch work!

Website was easy to use and explained how they are able to supply the activation keys at such a good price. After checking reviews I went ahead and purchased Office 2024.

Very quickly I received clear instructions and the installation was relatively simple. I needed to run it as Administrator which wasn't included in the instructions but I'd seen someone else mention it in a review so when it initially failed I ran it as Administrator on my second attempt which was successful.

It all works as expected and I would purchase again from here. Great price for a genuine product.

Licence came through the day after the order, worked perfectly.

James provided excellent customer service; however, it is not accessible from a mobile phone and must be done from a laptop. I lost my software due to a technical issue, which has been resolved with a few simple steps. Thank you very much.

I downloaded MS Office 2021 and followed their online instructions as to how to install the software. However, the instructions did not work. I emailed the company and got a response in 1 day, but that response was only to ask me what the problem was. Sent a 2nd email and likewise got an answer a day later from the same person, this time giving me the answer to my problem. You have to run the installation file as an "administrator" and that was not included in their instruction. All is good now, and I have a great product and a reasonable price.

I bought Microsoft Office Professional 2021 in November 22 and never installed it until yesterday. The activation didn't work after it installed so I immediately thought scam and wrote an email to the company. I didn't realise they were in UK, so when I got no reply for a few hours, that added to my suspicions and I wrote a review. However I have just seen an email (which was sent at the very start of their work day, many hours behind us in Australia) with the updated Microsoft installation instructions, which have apparently changed since i bought my copy in Nov 22. I will try this in the morning and update my review again. If it works like i now suspect it will, i will update to 5 stars. Thank you for getting back to me as soon as you could. And I apologise for taking over 2 years to actually install it.
