Purchased Microsoft office 2024 pro at good price, downloaded from link and activated key, straightforward and worked perfectly.

I paid under £30 (GBP) for Microsoft Office 2024. Great value. However, before you make the decision to use these guys . . . be aware: 1) the products are downloaded online and the process is challenging and the potential for issues is high. Some tech knowledge is essential. 2) DO NOT rely on their support team should you encounter an issue. I "raised a ticket" with support as I could not determine if the product was activated. Within minutes I received this response - "We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 24 hours)." No response received. Therefore, if you have an issue, assume that you are on your own. I was able to resolve the activation problem myself. In summary, the end result . . . IF all goes well . . . is great. The road to it is challenging.

I purchased Office 2024 Professional Plus for Windows, which includes Outlook, for £29.99. This compares to the basic Office from Microsoft for £119.99. The Key email came through from GetRenewedTech straight away and included good instructions. This involed removing old versions of office and rebooting a couple of times which took about 30 mins. Then downloading Office from microsoft. I put the key in and everything worked as it should. No problems, just follow the instructions fully. The cost is very good and I haven't been left feeling like a tech giant has squeezed me for money until the pips. sqeak! There are cheaper 'grey' suppliers out there but I'd recommend GetRenewedTech

A few years ago I ordered a used windoes 10, and it worked fine. But recently I bought an old microsoft office for Mac, and could not activate it. I opened a ticket, which they ignored and then shut. So I opened a second ticket. When they tried to shut that one too, I reponded threatening them with bad reviews. Then I got an effusive apology and an attempt to help. After installing the apps they proposed, they were supposed to send me a different activation code, but they didn't. I complained again, no response. I get the impression thier technical support is one bloke who is hopelessly overloaded.

Purchased MO24. Product key would not work. Customer service were of limited help over a 48 hour period. I ended going direct to MO who responded promptly and resolved the issue within 15 to 20 mins

Sorry I will not and would not buy from GetRenewedTech again. I certainly could have purchased the product cheaper elsewhere. I paid a little more because of the advertised customer support, which I felt was quite poor.

The whole process of purchasing a license through GetRenewedTech was quick and painless. Their help guides are fantastic and thorough. Will be checking them out again if I need licenses in the future :)

My Microsoft license was only a few months old and it stopped working. I emailed them and they haven't replied. Will be contacting my bank to get my money back.

It is very easy to choose and buy the software at really good prices. Response with the code and download link and instructions came within minutes.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I needed to buy x4 licences for MS Office 2024, paying £29.99 each. I was then only sent one licence code. When I pointed this out, that x3 licence codes were missing, James at support stated I can use one licence code for 4 installations. This is a clear breach of licencing terms. When I asked for a refund for the 3 addtional payments for the same item, I was ignored with my tickers being shut down immediately. If you inspect Get Renewed Tech at Companies House, you will see accounts are overdue, and they were about to get struck off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Non-activatable Office for Mac keys sent two seperate times. Support asked me the same question(s) (which were answered) several times - indicating they hadn't bothered to look at my original answer. Then offered to sent a key for an Office version they should have known wouldn't work with my OS anyway.
Upon ordering, their support gets in touch with you straight away. But if there's an issue - and you ask a question - you're ghosted and they will absolutely refuse to answer direct questions.
They closed multiple "tickets" raised about activation issues via their support website - without addressing ANY aspect of the issue or question raised. Multiple times!
In addition, I pointed out that the version of MS Office (2019) they were selling would have its essential edit and save functions disabled on July 13, 2026 (links sent to sites indicating this)- they absolutely refused to either respond or address that. Much less assist with activation using their key(s). They just responded, "looks like it's been used", and sent ANOTHER key.

So, in summary (1) keys I can't use, for (2) software they should KNOW loses it's essential functionality in just over a month, (3) refuse to answer questions RE 1 and 2, (4) support that just kicks-back your "tickets" by closing out, (5) despite indicating "if your issue hasn't been resolved respond to the closed ticket email via reply" - I never, NOT ONCE got a reply (at least 10 such "do not close this ticket" messages sent) and (6) ghosting.

I was reluctant to use this company due to numerous online reports of similar experiences - I should have listened to them. Take heed.

Made the mistake of not noting the license code immediately. Browser refreshed and lost the code, and now no matter how many times I request the code via the support portal, all tickets are closed without a resolution. Even had the nerve to send a TrustPilot review email... All I want is the code - I don't understand why it's so hard.
