Purchased Office 2024 Home and Business for Mac OS; purchase was straightforward, and instructions provided by GetRenewedTech were helpful in setting up. Have been using for just over a week with no problems to report.

I never received the Autodesk product, a year subscription for AutoCad, that I paid for.
I do have an AutoDesk account where my subscription was supposed to be placed by GRT. It never was place there despite several messages to their 'support' department.
I asked for a refund and haven't heard from them since.

Couldn't believe what value Office 2024 Professional Plus for Windows was, £29.99, & wondered if it would actually work. Well so far so good.

Purchased Office for windows. Iniatially worked put after about 1 month microsoft message said not acticated and licence key "Cannot be activated because you have activated up to the limit of your Multiple key" and Office products no longer work. I fixed it through "phone activation" ( time will tell) but not happy it didnt work without having to solve a problem

Usually there is some issue with installing new software, but I have not had an issue except once and the quick response from GetRenewedTech quickly solve my issue.
The price of most of their software especially Microsoft Office is what makes me coming back for all 3 of my PCs.

I purchase a downloadable version of Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus as my Microsoft 365 trial was coming to an end.
Purchasing and downloading the product was very easy and the instructions were very informative and easy to follow. As I had Microsoft 365 on my computer I had to uninstall that and then install Office 2024. There was a minor issue but James was very quick getting back to me with the solution. Good initial response then silence on two subsequent tech support requests. I want a refund because I now have two MacBooks where MS Office won't work at all. No response when I asked for a refund.

I had been stung earlier this week with a shonky Groupon Windows office product, and admonished by my RL tech friend. I had to get my laptop reformatted and of course had to decide whether to spend £150 plus on the microsoft Office plus lifetime, or risk the GetRenewedTech product. Having thoroughly read the reviews- which are largely positive but there are some real screechers in there, I felt I was still taking a risk.

I'm euphoric to report that it did actually all work, and go to plan. Ok, so fair enough, I've lost a week of my life. Plus I was completely cynical when 'James' came on the live chat. "are all the staff called James? What does spring smell like?" My efforts to elucidate whether he was real, and not a bot, didn't work.

However, more importantly, the famous heroic James incredibly patiently held my virtual hand as my brain grew increasingly frazzled having to return to the uninstallation process of the pesky MS versions that were hindering the installation of the GRT product.

Reader it all ends well. This is the real deal. I'm not a Russian Bot and it's possible to get legal Microsoft licences office 21 lifetime at a measly sum of £22.99. Which in my book is really stonkingly excellent.
