⭐ 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY RELENTLESS. AVOID GIVING THEM YOUR DETAILS.
I seriously regret ever sharing my phone number with this company. For MONTHS my phone has been ringing every single day — minimum twice a day, and some days 4–5 times from different people and different numbers.
I have explained OVER AND OVER AGAIN that I am NOT interested and that I already have insurance. Every time I’m told, “We’ll remove your number from the system.” Then BOOM — another call 10 minutes later. 🤦♂️
I block one number and they simply call from another. I am trying to run a business and work, and I genuinely do not have time to keep answering the same unwanted sales calls and repeating myself 100 times.
At this point, after repeatedly telling them to stop contacting me and months of constant calls, it feels like harassment. “Remove my number” apparently means absolutely nothing.
My advice: THINK VERY CAREFULLY before giving this company your phone number or personal details unless you want to risk dealing with the same nightmare of constant calls that I have been dealing with every single day.
Enough is enough. STOP CALLING ME.

I had a brilliant customer service experience with Reon Williams, aka the one and only “Oliver Twist”.
Reon was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, but what really stood out was his lively personality and ability to make the experience enjoyable.I gave him the funniest customer service experience of his life. I honestly wasn’t sure whether I was dealing with customer service or a comedy show.
Someone needs to give this man a raise and a promotion immediately. If making customers happy and laughing is part of the job description, Reon deserves Employee of the Year ⭐️

Communication is a big problem. Their customer service number 08005200103 Open from 8am-5pm option 2, NEVER GETS ANSWERED. It's very disappointing as I need to get my copy of my policy from them. Is there a number that actually works?
