No one is responding to my claim...the claim was approved while I was out of town for an entire replacement sofa with a different fabric because my fabric was out of stock. Now, my fabric IS in stock, and I only need one piece...and I can't get any one to respond! It has been two weeks and I can't even get a response to my emails...I'm saving them money by only needing one piece rather than an entire replacement, and they STILL won't respond.

Mulberry - you need better customer service and response times.

Mulberry took the information about how our equipment malfunctioned, assessed it, and then quickly issued a refund for our purchase. They acted just as advertised.

Scam. They state the warranty coverage when purchasing the item but when it came time they found every way to go against the claim. Waste of money, don’t purchase this warranty for any product.

Great and responsive customer service via email. The team was very helpful and encountered no problems or issues. The only setback was the claim took about 3 months to officially be resolved, but the team made sure to quickly deal with my claim once I asked why it had been taking so long.

I am so happy that I elected the 3-year Mulberry warranty for my son's headphones! After my son accidentally broke his favorite headphones, I filed a claim for replacement. It was an easy process and extremely fast and efficient. I was reimbursed what I paid for them. I would definitely recommend Mulberry.

This company did more for me than I ever dreamed they would. I was quickly contacted by Sylvia through email after I submitted my claim. I had missed a call from Oscar, then called back and spoke with a gentleman named Pablo who was able to walk me through how to claim my money on their website, it took literal minutes and I was done. The very next day, the money went into my bank account. Mulberry turned a horrible situation around for me and I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I was able to submit my claim; it was a standard cut-and-dry process, and I was happy with the results.

Yesterday April 21st I was approved to receive $70.00 from my Mulberry extended warranty order #22705573 Fender G Dec amplifier that failed. After I was able to log into my account I received multiple verification codes which all failed (12 in total) Today April 22nd I was finally allowed to proceed with a verification code only to read that my warranty expired yesterday April 21st and the web site would not let me proceed any further to collect $70.00 that was owed to me as promised and approved. My purchase was from Reverb on March 23rd 2025 2 year protection. I asked Mulberry's AI for help and asked for a human to call and speak to me. I included my information and phone #. No reply. I was accepting the fact that I was not going to collect what I paid for through their claims process on line.

Update- I finally called Mulberry and spoke to a human instead of many emails to AI. Oscar at customer service explained why I had so much trouble. Once they authorize a claim they end your policy so in my case they ended it before I could go through the procedure to get paid. Oscar apologized and is sending me a check in the mail. (Hopefully) It's best to call them direct if you have a claim instead of multiple frustrating emails. I received a follow-up call after a manager saw my multiple email attempts and this survey.

Mulberry got back to me in a quick timeframe with my refund. Overall great insurance claim experience.

Terrible communication and follow up initially. If a director had not reached out to make things right then I would have left my 1 star review. Despite the rough journey it was to get my claim settled they made it right in the end for me in more ways then I expected.

Mulberry responded very quickly to my insured aquarium filter that stopped working after 2.5 years. Their communication was friendly, clear and fair. Shortly after they had all the details. A day or 2 later, I was very pleased with the settlement! I highly recommend Mulberry

I just registered my plan after having my appliance less than a week. Can't comment on substance of the plan as of yet, but the customer service and responsiveness of staff was great--it suggest the same will be the case if I ever (hope not!) have to file a claim.

My washer quit working. I did not have to wade thru a bunch of automated answering machines to get to a live person. The people were so great to work with. Answered all my questions, helped me to file a claim without a problem. Got a new replacement washer in a few short days. Would certainly recommend them!!

With the exception of how long the entire process took (4 weeks total), we were very pleased with Mulberry and our experience. Our engagement with the staff was all positive and helpful. I'm grateful to have coverage with Mulberry and will work to ensure our purchases moving forward are covered by Mulberry.

I purchased a five year warranty for six dining chairs. I submitted a claim for one of the broken chairs. I received an email stating I would receive reimburse for the cost of one set of chairs and then the terms of the protection plan would be fulfilled. I'm not sure what that means and I have requested three times for clarification and have received no response. I can't find a phone number to call and my emails have gone unanswered. I'm very frustrated at this point.

I am updating my review. I received clarification on my question regarding the warranty. Initially when I submitted my claim on February 7, 2026, I received a response the next day that my claim was approved for reimbursement. I followed up with a question and did not receive a response until March 9th. I was told that somehow my claim was showing as resolved and therefore my emails were routed to a fully resolved queue. My question has not been answered and I am pleased with the outcome and customer service I received.
