100% Satisfied- Would recommend.

I received a very quick response each time I had to send an email, and once I sent them the document and information that they needed, in order to send me my refund, they sent it. No problem. Very friendly. Same day they sent it, it was in my account. Very smooth buisness. Refreshing to deal with an easy process through Route.

10/10 —Post 7 day waiting period.

Outside of the annoyance of having to wait 7 days from FedEx’s last update, to get the ball rolling… once that passed, the claim was processed the same day, to include getting in touch with a virtual notary on the spot, and my replacement order being packaged for delivery immediately.

There was an issue with the recipient…

There was an issue with the recipient delivery due to an unforeseen circumstance. So product was not opened in a timely manner ... resulting is some spoilage. I appreciate the Customer Service and timely resolution of this issue by Route / Farmgirl Flowers.

The stars come from more of being disappointed I really wanted that product I’ve ordered from other vendors and didn’t have these issues need a more faster delivery and a secure and carrier

I’ve been using route a little over a year now, very reliable for tracking packages and if you need help with a package like it came damaged or missing they can help you reorder it at no cost to you, which I appreciated
