Easy to install and customer services, (Morgan) was very helpful and caring.
It’s nice to know that the door is locked when my 13 year old goes out and then tells me he can’t remember if he locked the door or not.

We were tired of double checking if we'd locked the doors or not, or not leaving the end of the street to do the same. When we changed our doors the KuBu functionality was a key feature for us. We've been using KuBu for a while now and can't fault their products or service. we enjoy talking to others about it too.

Best feature is the automated alert, that tells updates us just before we head to bed that we have 1 or 2 doors unlocked. so simple but makes a great difference for us.

Worked fine until recent app update, now no longer works.
Cant log in, cant reset password.
Support is so slow and does not fix the probelm

I had all my windows and doors replaced and had Kubu sensors installed in 16 (with two hubs).

Installation was easy and but when I had issues I contacted support and Tom responded quickly and got me sorted.

Now all working as expected and very happy with the functionality of these. Good to know their support is there to help and understand their customers issues.

We recently moved to a new house and immediately upgraded door & window security.

We installed KUBU door & window modules. Simple, cost-effective, transferable... they were the right choice at a cost-effective price whilst doing the job perfectly.

I had a minor technical query while installing a door module on our rear french doors. KUBU's response was outstanding.

Since they were unable to answer my query immediately they sent a replacement
module - received next day - with a reply paid envelope to return the original.

Result - all fixed and installed within 24 hours. EXCELLENT customer service from a small business.

Buy with confidence from KUBU, people. I only wish all customer service were this good !

The products are very useful when you have a "Did I lock all the doors moment", and for checking whether the neighbours used their "just in case" key while we are on holiday.

Customer service is excellent: fast, responsive, and well informed.

It's always good to support smaller businesses especially when the team go the extra mile.
I had an issue with a door sensor which wouldn't reconnect after a battery change, after reaching out to the support team I was shown great patience and expertise in resolving my issue.
Tom Jameson was my contact who strove to understand the issue and even replaced the sensor and requested the old one back so as they could look in to the issue to understand what had failed.
I can recommend the company to anyone who is security conscious.

Kubu is works. They are easy to fit. The support is absolutely brilliant. Very quick responses to any questions.

After having issues with my ADSL router, and having to make changes to my wifi network, I could not connect my 4 Kubu devices. A mail for help sent to Kubu support was sent. Tom mailed me back in an hour or so and offered some basic assistance, which was applied, but still didn’t get everything working, which was fed back to Tom. A second mail received from Tom this morning had further and more in depth help, which quickly solved the issue. It’s now all fully working. I’ve been very impressed with the quality, level, and speed of support from Kubu, and I’m very pleased with these very useful additions to my home security set up. Thanks Tom!

I cannot applaud Kubu and Tom in particular for their excellent customer service following a fault which developed after a couple of years of use.
Not only was I able to speak to someone quickly the 1-1 troubleshooting and follow up which resulted in an engineer visiting our property was outstanding.
Not only is the product great but customer service a refreshing change from other interactions you can experience today when buying a service or product.

A superb product worth every penny it has saved us on many occasions leaving the house with a door inadvertently unlocked also at night before turning in its reassuring to look at blue light on the hub outside our bedroom knowing all doors locked. We have had them for two plus years and no issues apart from odd hub reset

We've had our Kubu modules for a couple of years and can thoroughly recommend them. They are easy to install and give you total confidence that you've locked the doors. We're now moving to a property where the doors won't accommodate Kubu modules, which is a great shame. Kubu may be a small family-run company, but they offer fantastic customer service. Any queries are dealt with very promptly. We would single out Tom here for his excellent help.

We have had some very small issues previously (down to my tech ability) and had a minor problem today when changing batteries in the Kubu door units. Called Kubu and spoke to Ryan and then Tom. For someone who is relatively non technical I was guided through both testing to determine the problem and, more importantly, fixing it. We find the locks / app invaluable and have no hesitation recommending it.

I’m a little over the top when it comes to locking up, it usually takes me multiple checks before I’m happy I’ve locked the door and can leave the house.
This device has allowed me certainty that I’ve locked the door and the peace of mind that I can check if the door is locked or open.

Kubu was sent straight to our house and was super easy to self-instal in our Kubu ready doors. The instructions for instal and set up were so easy to follow that we were able to instal in two doors in less than 10mins. We now feel extra secure knowing that we can have piece of mind by checking whether our doors are locked with a quick look at our phones. We will definitely be recommending Kubu to our friends and family.

Kubu was fitted last week on our recently fitted new windows and doors.The install was smooth,quick and faultless and everything was explained about how the whole system works. The app is excellent,easy to use,and clearly tells you the status of your doors and windows. You can see exactly what status everything is in wether it be open/closed/in vent secured or unsecured.The installers were polite and very knowledgeable. I've already recommended kubu to family and friends and will continue to do so.I will be setting it up with Google assistant in the near future. Many thanks

Excellent customer service from Morgan on the phone to the fitter Sean who came here two hours later and fitted the window sensors and helped me pair them on the app. A fantastic product which gives you the status of doors and windows; for windows open, on vent position or secure (closed). Also alerts you when leaving your area if you have left any windows open or doors unlocked. It also notifies you if anything is opened when you are out. Locks are all operated normally by key. I am very pleased with the service I received and the product. I believe they are bringing out sensors for older, non Kubu compatible fittings, later this year and have added my name to an email list so as to be notified as soon as they become available. I will be fitting them to my old windows.

Just had Kubu installed was quick and easy and slick would recommend
