Kubu Smart Security Arvostelua 

I have been in Touch with Kubu, as I had their product fitted on my door which was not activated to which currently, they are trying to provide me with an alternative to what can be done. As the product wasn’t launched back in July when I had first purchased my door.

Tom Jameson has been dealing with my query and has been very supportive throughout the whole process to provide the best service that he can. Kubu has provided me with a pro sensor which is good but is not what I originally brought with my package from Value doors and does not fit the Needs and purpose of use for my vulnerable Son.

Tom is very welcoming, Polite, was happy to answer all my questions. Currently he is still working on the possible outcome to what I originally was provided with my door and I hope for a positive outcome from Kubu’s services taking everything into consideration.

Shaun arrived early and politely introduced himself , he clearly let us know what he was going to undertake by fitting his companies products to our newly fitted front door, he worked efficiently and clearly explained to us as customers how to engage with the new door technology and help setup their APP on our own personal mobile , a great product from this company.

Had Windows installed by Norfolk Broads with Kubu sensors supplied with the windows highly recommend having kubu installed. product and service 5 stars!

What an AWESOME product and team behind it. Would highly recommend Kubu to everyone I know. Had a couple of teething issues with two of the sensors that Tom in after sales helped me with. I got spare sensors delivered the next day and with a bit of help from Tom on the phone, the whole house is now secure and sorted brilliant, absolutely brilliant

Recently had new windows fitted which came with the Kubu system as standard, fitting was pretty straightforward but a couple of the sensors were saying insecure although windows were closed, quick call to Tom at Kubu who talked me through the checks to make, such a nice guy & eager to help, probably something I hadn't done correctly & still didn't rectify the problem, within a couple of weeks along came Shaun who arrived on time, really nice guy,again very knowledgeable & eager to rectify which he did in the space of half an hour & he had travelled quite a way too. Once sorted asked if I needed any more assistance withe App which I did ask a few questions & answered in a way that made sense. Extremely happy, brilliant service & would highly recommend this company. I now feel I have a very secure home. Tom & Shaun you are brilliant!!

I've got 3 exterior doors and 5 windows fitted with Kubu devices.
They work great and now I don't have to worry about whether or not I'd locked the doors or closed the windows when going out or up to bed.
I also found that their support was brilliant so a big thanks to Tom and Shaun.
The app is great too - It also alerts me if I leave the house unlocked.

Kubu products and customer service is fantastic, the sensors work perfectly and give us great reassurance that our home is locked and secure.
The app tells us at a quick glance which windows and doors are open, a jar, closed, locked, and even if someone is tampering with the window/door, it is a very clever system, and well worth the money.
We had an issue with one window sensor which was through no fault of Kubu, I contacted Kubu and within days an engineer drove hours to come to our home and fixed the problem. Such an outstanding service which you don’t get much these days, I would use the company again and again, highly recommend.

Recently installed new windows with Kubu Smart Security. I experienced problems with the sensors on a couple of windows and contacted Kubu who arranged for an engineer to attend. Shaun arrived on time on the date specified and quickly remedied the problems. A great service and reassuring security system.

After replacing two sets of door sensor batteries, I could not get the sensor to go online. I emailed the support team and Tom methodically went through all the scenarios and got me back on line, after sending me new batteries. Both sets,I had used, expiry 2027 were dead. It's great to have a support team that are dedicated to their product. Thank you Tom and your team. Bill

I had Kubu Smart Security installed as part of our window installation. The window detectors are brilliant. They're not mounted on the inside surface like others, so they are very sleek, invisible and tamper resistant when the window is completely closed.

But what sets Kubu apart is their excellent customer service and support. I had an issue with a couple of detectors - installer's fault, not Kubu's, and needed to call support several times to work through.

Every time I called the Kubu support line the phone was answered quickly - and by a real person. Their technical support guy; Tom, walked me through how to solve my issues. Tom is polite, knowledgeable, and takes a real interest in ensuring you are left a happy customer!

With this level of customer service, I won't hesitate to continue adding further Kubu products to my home.

Fantastic application that hides inside doors and windows and tells you in real time weather they are locked or not so you never again have to worry if you locked the door or not!
Kubu came as standard with my new windows so I would highly recommend you ask your installers if they supply it.
The support and customer service from these folks have been second to none and I now cant imagine not having this application. I would rate them 6 stars if I could ! Brilliant device, brilliant customer service with a real personal touch.
Will definitely be purchasing more.

Excellent service today. Minor hiccup with our Kubu security when we had our windows fitted and not enough sent. Simple phone call and Tom came over, with flowers and chocolates to apologise, installed, downloaded the app and showed me how to use. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Also, like the Kubu security. Piece of mind. Would definitely recommend.

An absolute pleasure dealing with the technical services team at Kubu. I logged an issue and less than 5 minutes later I received a call back. I had a number of minor issues installing window sensors due to my deficiencies during installation but Tom at Kubu took the time to walk me through a full re-installation process and now all sensors working satisfactory.

Basic concept of Kubu excellent. Initial set up following instructions/ guidance relatively straight forward. Any queries that I had readily answered by technical support. Telephone call answered promptly. Overall, very impressed!!!

First off, the Kubu system is reassuringly, absolutely brilliant. I have, via an app on my phone, a real time 24/7 status report on all the windows and doors in the house, reporting their status as to whether they are open, closed, unlocked or locked giving me total peace of mind. Should the status of any lock change, Kubu will let you know immediately. It will even let you know if you have left the house and not secured your property. It is that good.
What is more pleasing to say, is the customer service matches the product. I have had dealings with both Tom and Shaun from Kubu whilst setting up the system and their knowledge, professionalism and patience is second to none. They are approachable for any questions or queries you may have and take great pride in being there for you.
So far, a truly great experience which leads me to highly recommend this product and its team.

These sensors give you peace of mind with the app letting you know if you haven't locked a door, tech support are extremely helpful if you have an issue, I've been recommending to family and friends to get them fitted.

Had this security system supplied with our new windows.
Had a bit of trouble setting it up with the app, not difficult but I'm not very technical, even sent an engineer round to ensure all was OK.

We've recently had a new door that came with this device. It was really easy to install. The customer services are excellent, on phone and via email. I can see this device being really useful as I constantly worry I've not locked my front door.

A novel device that enhances home security, particularly for busy people. Easy to access and wifi connection is a doddle. The app is always showing the state of your locks and if you forget you won't get far before Kubu brings you back if you didn't lock up! Great back up from customer support team (Tom) when we had a little glitch between sensor and hub, fixing the issue swiftly. Simple and secure. Love it.

Very impressed with device and how easy it is to set up, also technical support/help is very good 👍🏻 and the app is so easy to use.
