Easy to use service

Have used Getflix's smart DNS service for some years, it's reasonably priced, super simple to use and less intrusive to your over all internet usage than a full VPN. Their support is excellent with prompt responses and knowledgeable agents

I contacted Getflix about a problem I had connecting to their VPN service. I was promptly responded to by a member of their support team whose assistance quickly rectified the issue. I was totally satisfied with their support service.

The support team provided clear and…

The support team provided clear and easy instructions to follow to enable me to resolve the issue of my iPlayer not working. They responded very quickly to my feedback regarding the instructions they had sent and then quickly sent me updated instructions which resolved the issue. The support provided is one of the best experiences I have had with a technical support team In any organisation.

Fast response in resolving issue's

Fast response in resolving the highlighted issue. Issue resolved less than 24 hours. Help Team following up after the issue is resolved is a good thing. Not everyone does it these days. Keep up your good work. Thanks to Rafael aswell.

Excellent customer service

I’ve been a customer of Getflix for some years now. Anytime an issue arises (which is not very often), the team do their upmost to help resolve as quickly as possible and communicate promptly. Overall, excellent service
