After a couple of days of my router disconnecting and losing the VPN capability in the house Getflix helped a lot and their attention to detail was exemplary. An excellent support service

This company is always fast in their response to any problem that I have incurred in the past 5 years or more. If all companies were this efficient, the internet would be much better for all concerned.

The support is very good even with the occasional data center outage that happens from time to to time. Maybe 1-3 times a year.
I use it to stream services outside Australia and it works a treat. have been using it since 2016 and have a lifetime subscription.
It's been well worth it.

Also you get a VPN account with your subscription and it is easy to use, but not all websites (especially streaming platforms) accept VPN connections, so really depends on your use case scenario.

All in all I highly recommend Getflix!

Getflix support is good, they are always helpful in resolving issues even if sometimes it isn’t a getflix issue, IE Eero update that killed the service 😀

I’ve been using Getflix for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid, dependable part of my setup. The core service is stable, fast, and technically well‑engineered; you can tell it’s run by people who care about doing things properly rather than cutting corners.
Streaming platforms work smoothly most of the time, and when everything is aligned, the experience is excellent. There are occasional periods where certain streaming sites go down, but in my experience, this has been tied to upstream changes rather than the provider itself. When issues do occur, they’re usually resolved without drama.
Support has always been respectful, responsive, and technically competent, a rare combination these days.
If you want a DNS proxy that prioritises stability and quality over hype, this is a great choice. Occasional downtime for the less popular sites happens, but the overall reliability and professionalism make it easy to recommend.

Great VPN service, any issue which are rare get resolved very fast.

I have cancelled my account with Getflix about 15 months ago but they will not stop taking the subscription. I have emailed them for over a year and contacted my bank on several occasions.

I had an odd issue which wasn't really supported by Getflix but they went above and beyond to assist and still fixed the issue. Their customer support is great.

I signed up for a 3-day trial subscription with this company, and despite sending ~ ten emails requesting a cancellation, they still charged my account. Their customer service never responded properly, and there was no transparent way to cancel the subscription. This website feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

Update : Finally got my refund

I have been a satisfied Getflix customer for many years. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They answer questions/problems quickly and will resolve any difficulties no matter how long it takes. It id not difficult to setup Getflix with the clear instructions and responsive staff.
