Love this service, less keen on the fact that’s is very difficult to transfer funds across accounts within the app. Hence 4 rather than 5.

I’m very happy with moving my isa…
I’m very happy with moving my isa through chip to their savings account which is just under 4% for the first year. The pros are easy to manoeuvre and non tech friendly as I’m in my 50’s
The stocks confuses me a bit and it seems tailored I’m not sure.
Overall though the guys get back to you quickly and it easy to use

Ben was amazing. I made a stupid mistake and he talked me calmly and methodically through to rectifying it.
So easy using the chat feature - a bit like talking to someone - but it was better as it was easier to do it in bits and ask questions in the order that they arose … great experience thank you 🙏

A better place for your savings
Got the pointer to Chip from Martin’s Money Tips and, never having heard of them, wondered if a “well/known” brand would serve me better. Then I recalled some of my customer experiences with them, knew there was the guarantee against losing my savings and decided to move my expiring ISA to them.
I have not regretted that decision for one moment. From start to finish their customer service has been excellent.
There may not be huge differences in interest rates but my own experience would say there are big differences in how customers are treated.
If you have savings that can be easily moved I would encourage you to think about a move to Chip.

I've been with Chip for years now with no issues. Communications by email are very good, usually a personal reply within a day. I'm very happy with their service and constantly evolving products and have no intention of changing.
