Brilliant

Brilliant, easy to use app. Great interest rates. Love the auto save function, helps build up savings without necessarily noticing it leaving your current account. Have recommended chip to several family members and friends.

easy app to use

I have 2 accounts with chip. Instant access account- I use transfer the money from my currently account for the funds I don't use immediately and earn some interest. withdraw some when bills are coming out.

I also prize saving account wishing to get some prize but hasn't got nothing yet. I would like to know if the process is transparent.

Wide range of funds and easy to use

I just use for investing, there are better savings rates out there. But for investing it's easy to use if like me, you're new to investing. Low fees means more of your money is invested.
Returns have been impressive so far.
The only thing that would make it better would be the ability to invest in individual shares.

High interest rate savings but only for 6 months. So will have to move to another bank.

Love this company

Love this company. I hve shares in chip so I wish them the best...my only gripe is what percentage they pay me on my smart isa should be a bit more if that was the case I would give them 120 percentage
