GENIUS for a reason
So Acer were totally useless in supplying a simple European power lead for my Acer laptop. Claimed DPD tried numerous times to deliver, they hadn't. Wasted my time then claimed they needed to check the undelivered package! Got my money back! GENIUS PARTS were brilliant, no problem we can supply, within a week the delivery arrived. Thanks Genius. 10/10

Ordered a Genuine HP Spectre 14-EA Thermal Heat Sink Fan from Genius Parts and couldn’t be more impressed. The entire order process was handled quickly and professionally from start to finish. The part arrived exactly on the quoted delivery date, well-packaged and in perfect condition.
Fitted it the same day — worked an absolute dream. Great to find a reliable supplier for genuine parts. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Genius Parts again.

We’re sorry you’ve had trouble tracking your delivery. We’ve checked your tracking details, and your package left the UK on January 17th. You can track it using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation or by visiting Royal Mail’s tracking page and entering your tracking number found on your account page.
Once a package leaves the UK, delivery times depend on the destination country’s postal service, which can sometimes cause delays. Your order is still in transit, and we appreciate your patience.

Impressive customer servcie
I was very impressed by the customers service I got from one of their staff. I tried to order a spare charger and realised that the price at checkout had added 20% VAT.
When I questioned them I got a quick response that their quoted prices were VAT inclusive; I felt comfortable enough to order the item at the higher price and they raised a credit note to refund me the difference.
I had a few other (technical) questions and they dealt with them so quickly and professionally.
