TRY AS I MAY EVEN FROM GEEPAS DIRECT, I CANT FIND A REPLACEMENT BASKET. I NOW HAVE TO PURCHASE A WHOLE NEW FRYER. GEEPAS SHOULD HAV SPARES FOR ALL OF THEIR. Worst customer experience
I bought a Geepas mixer grinder and within just a few uses the jar developed a crack. I raised a complaint immediately and was initially assured that the jar would be replaced under warranty. Then suddenly I was told it “may not” be covered. After pushing back, they again confirmed it would be replaced.
Three months later, I’m still being told the same excuse: “the jar is not available.” Meanwhile, the appliance is completely useless without it.
This back-and-forth, broken promises, and total lack of accountability is honestly shocking. I’ve never experienced such poor, inconsistent, and unprofessional customer service with any other brand. This was my first time buying a Geepas product, and thanks to this experience, it will absolutely be my last.
If this is how they treat customers over a simple warranty replacement, I dread to think how they handle anything more serious. Avoid this brand they’ve made it very clear they don’t stand behind their products.

The single hob I bought stopped working…
The single hob I bought stopped working after the second use. I contacted them as I’m not good with tech and I’m not very well. I didn’t want to go to the trouble of sending it back but they said I didn’t need to and just sent me a new one which arrived a couple of days later. Which is working fine at the moment.
