Great customer service
I purchased this item to convert my French BBQ regulator to fit a UK gas bottle. oI then discovered that the French regulator was damaged during removals and the adaptor was no longer needed.
Hamilton accepted my request to return and provided paperwork to support it.
Great customer service!

Happy Customer.
I thought the website was easy to navigate and allowed me to choose a suitable product (even though I am a DIY bodger rather than expert). The part arrived within 72 hours which I was quite impressed with. It had been carefully packed and was as advertised. Excellent service, thank you. P.S. I am gettting a corgi registered plumber to fit the unit!
