It's not at all good. My scalp is irritating. And water comes out from my head and it's eatchy as well. I recommend not buy anymore...

So disappointed.
My usual colour Nutrisse10.1 has left my hair white not baby blonde!!!( Unlike Holly Willouby's!!!)
It's always been good until now. Has the formula changed?

J’ai fait l’achat d’un pot de crème pour le corps de la marque GARNIER et j’ai constaté après achat que le pot ne comporte aucun film de protection à l’intérieur contre les contaminations comme les autres marques le font.
Le service clients de Garnier a eu l’audace de me répondre que c’est pour limiter le plastique ! et bien entendu refuse que je leur retourne le produit pour remboursement.
La réponse de Garnier est un total mépris pour le client ! d’une part il est possible d’utiliser autre chose que du plastique pour protéger le produit sous le couvercle et par ailleurs il est aussi possible de sceller le pot contre tous usages intempestifs dans les rayons.
A l’heure où il est nécessaire de protéger les consommateurs il est invraisemblable de constater que la marque Garnier visiblement ne s’en soucie pas. De tels produits devraient tout simplement être bannis de la vente !

La DCCRF devrait sévir ! les associations de consommateurs devraient faire entendre leurs voix !

J'ai acheté un produit dans lequel il manquait un ingrédient. Produit inutilisable. J'ai fait deux réclamations. Aucune réponse du service client.

"Named product, Garnier Good" Terrible stuff! Awful to apply and has damaged a work surface and my hair. Very messy and looks like sloppy yoghurt, drips everywhere. Takes ages to wash off but the conditioner help. Couldn't keep it on for 30min as it strings the scalp. Will not use again.

La.BB CREAM della garnier è un prodotto che macchia le maglie e camicie senza possibilità di smacchiarle in nessun modo.
Il dubbio a questo punto è stato : cosa mi metto in faccia se non riesco a togliere le macchie in nessun modo neanche portando i capi in tintoria o candeggiando ?
La risposta dell’ufficio marketing è stata quella di insegnarmi a spalmare la crema per non incorrere ad inconvenienti come questo.
Del resto a 50 anni ho bisogno dei loro consigli.
Con nessun prodotto ho mai avuto un simile problema

Non copre i capelli bianchi

Il prodotto è poco nella confezione e mi ha lasciato i capelli bianchi della ricrescita non lo comprerò mai più

La texture est très agréable et un toucher cachemire
Fournit avec un pinceau c'est vraiment genial
Facile d'utilisation et le résultat est rapide je recommande vraiment

Do not buy this product. I've been using at home hair dyes for over 30 years and always coloured it the same colour, dark brown.
This is hands down the worst one I've ever used.
The dye literally wares off after one wash and after 3 washes, whilst using colour shampoo and conditioner, my roots went ginger.
Not a good look.
The only redeeming feature is that it doesn't stain your skin too much and it smells ok, but this is only because it's weak af.
The bottle of conditioner is useless too. You cannot for the life of you squeeze the last bit of conditioner out, so loads gets wasted. Stupid design.
I'll be going back to using nice n' easy, I know where I stand with product.

Virtual colour try is misleading. Used a recent photograph to chose a colour. Purchased with my grocery delivery order the chosen colour. Concerned by the darker colour on the box. Re used the virtual colour try and put my confidence in the shade produced. Applied colour and instead of iced chestnut came our very very dark brown. I have been loading with customer service all day. Gieven all requested information including before and after photographs and screen shot of virtual colour shade result and the response from Garnier than can be a shade descreprncy!!! Sorry not good enough to tell me after the event

Would give no stars if possible. Used Nutrisse 10.1 Ice Blonde many times and the colour was great. Then grew out my grey hair in 2021. Decided this week to colour it again, using the same Ice Blonde and it has turned my grey hair an even darker grey.

Le service client Garnier est pitoyable...
Garnier autrefois gage de qualité n'est plus du tout ce qu'il était...

Tengo el pelo muy seco y encrespado, he probado muchísimos producto y nunca encontraba uno eficaz con mi problema. Hasta que encontré el producto"GARNIER ORIGINL REMEDIES, ACEITE DE AGUACATE Y MANTECA DE KARITÉ". Durante años lo compré y fue la solución a mi problema de encrespamiento. Lo llevo comprando años en amazon.
EL PROBLEMA: todo perfecto, hasta que en el último, pedido llegó un producto que a primera vista era exacto al de siempre. Y la sorpresa es que el producto es otro, que nada tiene que ver con el de siempre. El efecto es nefasto, tanto que no lo puedo usar.
Lamé a amazon para pedir explicación y no me dan ninguna.
Si cambian el producto, tienen que anunciarlo y es INTOLERABLE que vendan un producto tan malo en un bote claramente y ENGAÑOSAMENTE similar al anterior.

Y PARA COLMO, ESTABA TAN CONTENTA CON EL PRODUCTO DE SIEMPRE, QUE COMPRÉ 5 BOTES.

J’ai essayer le sérum vitame C nuit de garnier , il m’as fallut plusieurs jours pour voir l’efficacité du produit , en effet j’avais quand même le teint assez terne au vu de la saison mais le produit que j’ai utilisé m’a permis d’avoir un peau éclatante, plus booster , facile d’utilisation avec sa petite pipette , l’odeur est bien agréable également , je recommande ce produit #Reviewclub #garnier

December the 30th 2023. I purchased a Garnier fructis sleek and shine. I put the conditioner in my hair walked around the house probably for about an hour. I started to get excruciating headaches. No matter what I took that headache didn't stop. No matter how long I rinse my head out those headaches wouldn't stop plus I had some imbalance with my right side. I understand. How can you call something vegan that has so many deadly products in it. Once again how do you create a product with over 30 deadly items in it and it says it's vegan lies you all have missed use this product put it on the shelves of stores and they get people to buy you put vegan on it I hope you all burn in hell. My head still hurt excruciating headaches I didn't have this I haven't had headaches in over 20 years. You no life no good will a beast blood sucking devils. You are taking people's money for a deadly product I can't even pronounce some of that s*** on that box this is totally ridiculous I'm going back to mayonnaise in my hair. I hope you all your business go out of commission soon...👹👹☠️☠️🤮

I have used Garnier 5.3 Golden Brown for years & I recently purchased a new supply, again 5.3, only find I now have bright red roots!! WHY?
I'd like my money back, please.

The new formula of Garnier hair dye is horrible. The light golden brown was actually a nice mix of gold and copper. Now it's just muddy brown. It's too thick for the applicator bottle. Please go back to the old formula. I hate the consistency and color of the new formula.

Ho provato Garnier good perché mi faccio quasi sempre la colorazione da sola e il fatto che pubblicizzassero la semplicità mi attirava, ma in realtà non è semplice perché usando le mani mentre le porti sui capelli la tinta cade da tutte le parti. Inoltre anche dopo vari lavaggi dei capelli la tinta "perde" macchiando asciugamani e accappatoio. Sicuramente non la prenderò più
