J'ai testé le l'eau micellaire et le sérum de la gamme garnier skinactive à la vitamine c et j'en suis très satisfaite. L'eau micellaire fait bien le job et sent bon. Le sérum a une texture non Grasse et laisse la peau douce. Je suis ravie.

J'ai testé le sérum crème et l'eau micellaire à la vitamine c,la texture de la crème est très douce et agréable,sans finit gras, avec une sensation de peau bien hydratée, l'eau micellaire est très agréable également et démaquille très bien, le parfum fruité donne une sensation de fraîcheur instantanée qui révèle l'éclat du teint immédiatement.

The Olio hair dye is rubbish. Poor coverage and starts to fade within just two washes. Have tried it twice, on two separate occasions, in order to give them the benefit of the doubt, but very poor on both occasions. Tried to feedback on Garnier website and oddly, the minute I started to try to use the online form, part of it disappeared and I could not finish! All-round very poor performance. Will never waste my money on their products ever again.

Suite à l’utilisation de différents produits Garnier, je suis très satisfait ! Je recommande les yeux fermés les produits, en particulier le masque au charbon.
Les produits sont top et efficace.

The mixture is sloppy and gets everywhere but does work. But why bother when others work just as well and don't drip everywhere?

I have been using Garnier Sulfrin's shampoo for over 50 years. Recently the recipe was completely changed. Unfortunately it has this makes the shampoo much worse.
It's a cheek the new one Recipe to sell in the well-known packaging without a note.
Never again Garnier products!

È già la seconda volta che mi lascio confondere da questo tipo di marca di colorazione ed ecco la mia esperienza: ci sono rimasta sempre e dico SEMPRE fregata PERCHÉ NON COPRE per niente I CAPELLI BIANCHI PER QUANTO SCURA POSSA ESSERE LA NOUNCE SCELTA; io sono castana media diciamo, ma mi sarei accontentata anche di un castano più scuro o anche castano chiaro, bastava che coprisse i maledetti capelli bianchi, invece ZERO!!!! X BEN DUE VOLTE , LA PRIMA CON UNA COLORAZIONE castano scuro (che di solito con le altre marche all'80% sarebbe venuta quasi nera per poi scalare gradualmente con i lavaggi). infatti a regola la colazione reale appena fatto il colore ed asciugati i capelli è più scura che nella foto della scatola: che la mia esperienza ultraventennale con le tinte casalinghe mi ha dimostrato in anni di colorazioni che quella che viene realmente in testa è più scura di quella mostrata nella confezione ma nulla di irrecuperabile basta regolarsi in base alle marche eccetera scegliendone una più chiara o tenendola un po' meno in testa. Ebbene date le premesse, la colorazione castana OLÌA VEBDUTA PER CASTANO SCURO NON SOLO NON LI rende castani scuri, ma neanche castani chiari, ANZI ADDIRITTURA BIONDI CHIARISSIMI QUANDO NON LI LASCIA DIRETTAMENTE BIANCHI COME PRIMA DELLA COLORAZIONE. mezz ora anzi quaranta minuti di attesa e rotture scusate,ma morale della favola dopo averlo trattenuto in testa pure qualche tempo in più per farlo attecchire meglio, mi è toccato passarci sopra un'altra colorazione di un'altra marca perché i capelli bianchi restavano tutti li precisi a come erano prima, con uno stacco della ricrescita da mettersi uno scialle in testa prima di uscire di casa,la mia testa è una schifezza! I had an allergic reaction to Garnier hair dye. I was in a lot of pain and my head was oozing liquid so profusely that I had to keep using towels to soak up the liquid. I was put on two different antibiotics and had to wrap fabric around my head for over a week due to the drainage.
I contacted Garnier and requested that they disclose that PPD (a KNOWN chemical that causes reactions) on the ingredient list on the box. Garnier hides this information in the package inside and makes their products appear "natural". I was promised a refund for the dye and they requested my address to send it. I sent pictures of my reaction and the prescriptions that I was on. Garnier never sent a refund and have ignored my email requesting that PPD be listed on the box. I don't care about the money for the dye. I am disgusted that such a well known company refuses to be transparent and is knowingly putting the public at risk.

Google Garnier hair dye reactions, multiple people have almost DIED from this.

Giorni fa ho comprato lo spray Advance sensitive di Garnier. Purtroppo come quasi tutte le protezioni solari contiene l'OCTOCRYLENE, una sostanza che col tempo si trasforma in BENZOFENONE, una sostanza mutante e cangerogena.
Arrivata a casa ho cercato la data di produzione ( molto importante perchè dopo un anno va buttato ) . Ma la data non c'è.
Così io non so se il supermercato ce l'aveva ancora dagli anni passati e mi ha venduto una sostanza dannosa, approfittando che non è controllabile da nessuno.
Ho scritto allora a Garnier, che mi ha chiesto il numero del lotto, per risalire alla data.
Questo articolo normalmente si usa in estate, per cui ho chiesto gentimente una risposta abbastanza rapida, proprio perchè è ora che si usa. Ma dopo settimane la risposta non è ancora arrivata.
Sinceramente non mi sento molto tranquilla e mi chiedo perchè non ci sia una normativa che regola questo settore, che approfittando della non conoscenza della gente comune, propini tanti veleni ( per altro pagati profumatamente !)

AND REPLACED IT WITH THE DREADFUL 'NATURAL BRONZER SELF TAN LOTION,'THE STUPID PUMP BOTTLE SQUIRTS EVERYWHERE ,YOU HAVE TO USE LOADS OF PRODUCT TO GET ANY COLOUR AT ALL,AND KEEP RE-APPLYING,I'VE USED THE BOTTLE TWICE AND ITS NEARLY EMPTY.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Garnier Nutrisse Bad batch and really bad customer service. I used Garnier Nutrisse 4.3 as we went into the second lockdown. I had used it before successfully so bought 2 packs to see the year out. Unfortunately despite following the instructions to the letter (Option 2) for a repeat use, instead of Dark Golden Brown it developed into a henna red. Brown hair with red roots is not a good look, and very unprofessional in certain occupations especially mine. I contacted customer service in good faith and gave them a detailed account including the batch number of the product. They sent me a list of 10 questions which I responded to fully, despite some being duplications of the information I had already sent. Their subsequent response was shocking. They contradicted their own instructions provided with the product, saying they recommend repeat use of the product after 6 weeks and not the 4 to 6 weeks stated. I was using it again after around 5 weeks, so implied it was my error. No apology or acceptance or suggestion that there was a faulty batch, despite other bad reviews I have since found. They also suggested products that I should buy at my own expense to correct the situation. So I am out of pocket for two packs of the product as they are the same batch and paying to correct the damage myself!
So from a customer asking for help they have successfully turned it around, to a customer who won't touch their product again and would never recommend any of their products.
Good customer service is key to any business and their reputation. It can often sort out an issue and actually gain loyalty and support. Garnier unfortunately don't appear to value their customers enough to look after them.
I did respond to their suggestions asking them to escalate the complaint and respond within 7 days, It has now been over two weeks

REMOVE THE DRUG ADDICT SARA ALI FRON YOUR PRODUCTS OR THE COMPANY WILL DISAPPEAR

I bought Garnier's Coconut Hair Food shampoo and conditioner as it said it was 98% natural ingredients and would be good for frizzy and unruly hair but it was a total disappointment! I used it 3 times to give it a chance to work but my hair just got more dry and frizzy plus I developed an itchy scalp, goodness knows what is in those natural ingredients, my hair looked dreadful! I emailed Garnier to tell them how bad this product is but just got a long email back wanting to know if i had seen a doctor or had any pre-existing skin conditions etc so they obviously are not going to offer a refund. I am going to have to throw it away, what a waste of money.

Just tried to color my hair with a shade of brown and it did nothing but damage my hair ): I'm so bummed out with it and now I have to wait a while before I color my hair again because it feels dried out...but it will never be another garnier product!!!

I have light to mid brown hair (natural) and picked up the 8.0 Blonde. I was expecting it to not be as pictured and actually hoped it would take me to a ginger shade.
But no difference whatsoever!

I put it on my ends first cause I know your scalp heats it and it develops quicker. Left that for 15 mins then I topped up the rest of my head and left on for 45mins which is way longer than directed and should have really bleached my hair.

Nothing, zero results. I cannot believe I wasted my money and time on this
