Graham + Sibbald Arvostelua

Professional, prompt, efficient and important to myself friendly and supportive . This refers to all staff members who I engaged with

My home report experience was extremely positive. The surveyor Luca was very professional and courteous. Thank you for the evaluation.

We have recently had our home valued by surveyor Zoe CM Gardiner from your KIRKCALDY Office & couldn’t recommend her professionalism and thoroughness enough. she took time to talk us through all his findings and made what could have been an overwhelming experience for us, completely straightforward. We were pleasantly surprised by how quick everything was pulled together and felt confident if required discussing the home report with potential buyers of the property. So thanks to Zoe & her colluege Laura for giving their time & effort during his visit. Thanks again

I had an extremely bad experience with this company. I bought a house in dunfermline for £80,000 in 2009 and they're the company that carried out the home report. They clearly overvalued the property at the time as it was worth in the region of £68,000 at that time. I sold the property in 2014 and did not get a penny back despite investing £18,000 in the refurbishment of the property. I even got advice from an estate agent that valued the property and they agreed with me the property was overvalued by Graham & Sibbald. I was on the verge of taken legal advice as the estate agent thought I'd have a case but with legal costs it put me off. I would like people to be aware of this as I don't want the same thing happening to other people and be out of pocket by several thousands of pounds.
I already discussed this with you at the time but you did not pay any attention whatsoever. I lost a lot of money renovating that property and got no money back for the effort I put in. Back in 2014 when i sold the property a professional estate agent thought your home report value was inflated at the time you carried out the home report back in 2009. I do not understand why you want to discuss it now when you couldn't careless when I highlighted the issue to you back in 2014. I lost several thousands of pounds due to your hone report value. I just want people to be aware, so they do not lose thousands of pounds purchasing a property that is overinflated in value by the surveyor.

We received such a professional, courteous and efficient service from all the staff at Graham & Sibbald - thank you.

Fantastic service ! Very quick response and absolutely no hassle at all. Very rare to find these days. Would highly recommend 10/10

Impressive efficiency and professionalism.
The survey was carried out in an unobtrusive manner. The draft report arrived a day later with a couple of alterations required. These were made and the final Home Report was issued the same day.

Good service

Excellent service. The survey was carried out the following day and the surveyor couldn't have been nicer. Very pleasant individual who took a lot of time explaining everything about the survey and the valuation. Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks.

Really pleased with the great service provided by G&S.
Greg and Jillian were helpful, very friendly and professional, they answered all the questions and explained everything well. The service was excellent and super fast. My survey got carried out on a Tuesday and my final draft was sent to me on the next day on Wednesday! You really cant ask for a better outcome. Excellent experience in all aspects! Thank you so much guys! Full 5**** from me! ;-)

Dominic was professional throughout and sent the report within a day.
Highly recommend!

Graham + Sibbald were incredibly helpful in providing a building condition survey for our office building. The team were quick to respond to our request. The team showed up on site when they had arranged to and were very thorough with their investigation. The documentation was provided within the promised 14 day period and provided exactly what we were looking for from this survey. I would highly recommend Graham + Sibbald to anyone wishing to undergo a building survey.

Andrew was very pleasant and explained the process in an easy to understand way. He carried out the survey in a thorough and very professional way and ran over some of his findings with us.
Our property is in need of some modernisation and we were worried that it would be bad but although there were a number of twos he assured us that most were cosmetic or standard for the type of Dwelling.
The valuation was fair so we're happy with it.

10/10 Service from the team at G&S. Would highly recommend.

Dominic was very lovely and professional. Called ahead to say he could come early for the appointment. The survey report was sent through very quickly and it was easy to discuss amendments. No hesitation to recommend G+S for home reports.
