Graham + Sibbald Arvostelua

Great experience. Quick turnaround in request and so easy and professional to deal with. Definitely recommend.

Arrived on time despite a 100 mile journey, professional throughout and very pleasant, talked through the pre report and we received the finished report in the timeline promised. Would recommend using this company.

We were delighted with the service and courtesy of this company Graham+ Sibbald in the valuation of our property.

Graham & Sibbald made the process of getting a home report done exceedingly easy. The 2 gentlemen that came to complete it were polite, friendly and professional and the whole thing was carried out, written and completed in a matter of days. Communication from the firm was also excellent and they were always on hand to answer any questions I had - even helping me out with finding the EPC for the new property I was buying. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service, explaining thing's to ourselves at the end of the survey putting our minds at rest. Highly recommend.

Kirsty was professional throughout. Explained everything fully and very efficient and prompt service from initial contact to completed home report. Would highly recommend.

Everything from the beginning until the end went very smoothly. From the booking to receiving the home report it took literally 2 days. Very professional and great service. Highly recommend!

Great service from Andrew. Guided us through the report and answered all our queries.

Dominic was fantastic, he dealt with matters promptly and was very efficient - would highly recommend

Dominic provided an excellent Home Report service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very clear in explaining the process and findings. The report was thorough, accurate, and delivered promptly, which made a potentially stressful part of the home-buying process much easier. Communication was excellent throughout, and any questions were answered quickly and clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dominic to anyone needing a Home Report.

Richard was friendly, professional and very helpful in answering our questions. The report came through promptly and was very fair in all respects.

I can highly recommend Graham and Sibbald and Craig who conducted the survey of my home. Craig was professional, friendly and reassuring. Arriving promptly, initially explaining the process of what he would be doing and then taking the time to explain his findings afterwards. This made a potentially overwhelming or stressful process much more straightforward. His report was emailed to me the next morning and he also called to talk me through it and answer any questions I had. Thank you again!

I had a wonderful experience with Graham & Sibbald - Hamilton recently. Luca provided a thorough and professional Survey at short notice. Karen in the office was very friendly and polite and kept me informed at every stage. Both an Asset to the Company. Thank you !

Graham and Sibbald were very quick to respond to a last minute request. We had been let down by another surveyor. Erin and Craig were very professional and supported us through the process. They worked hard to turn everything around in good timing. Thank you. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything on time and surveyor knowledgeable and imparted good advice

Dealing with Michael is an absolute pleasure and would not use anyone else. His professionalism is unmatched and a great representation of Graeme and Sibbald. Highly recommend!

The surveyors Sean and Catrin were excellent.
Having not sold a house in over 20years this was all new to us.
Sean clearly explained on arrival how long they would be what they were going to do. Catrin explained what she was doing and why.
They were respectful in our home and once finished clearly explained next steps and timescales.
Thank you both
