Graham + Sibbald Arvostelua

We contacted Graham and Sibbald, Ayr office, to provide us with a Home Report to enable the sale of our property.

The experience and service was first class.

It has been over 30 years since we were in the property market. The Surveyor, Craig, took the time with us to explain the process involved in preparing the report and the information that the report would contain about our property. The experience from start to finish was professional, prompt and efficient.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and his team in Ayr. The service provided was excellent. Tom and Eleanor Ferguson

We recently used Graham + Sibbald and had an excellent experience with Andrew. He was incredibly punctual, professional, and fair throughout the entire process, with excellent communication from start to finish. The turnaround time for the report was impressively quick. Would highly recommend Andrew and the team to anyone.

“Andrew Sinclair recently carried out the home report survey for the sale of our house, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service he provided. From the moment he arrived, Andrew was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring.

His attention to detail and expertise were obvious throughout the survey, and the final report was completed promptly and to an exceptionally high standard. Andrew’s calm and approachable manner made a real difference, and we felt completely confident in his assessment and advice.

We would highly recommend Andrew Sinclair to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful surveyor. Outstanding service from start to finish.”

Excellent service!! Booked an appointment on the Wednesday, Cameron came to survey our property on Friday and our home report was completed by the Monday. Extremely professional and efficient. Very happy with our experience.

Excellent experience with Connor from the St Albans office. Timely communication - professional, courteous and helpful beyond expectations. I can highly recommend …

Extremely quick - Two working days from instruction to a completed and fair report. They sent a draft within 24 hours of surveying the property and that needed a slight factual tweak. That was amended and sent back within the hour. Excellent service.

Very polite and professional staff, home report organised swiftly, conducted professionally and feedback given quickly. Would highly recommend

Within 30 minutes of asking my Estate Agent to arrange a Home Report, the Graham & Sibbald Kirkcaldy team had sent me an initial email and then telephoned to arrange an appointment - made as quickly as for the next day!
Zoe attended and carried out a very thorough survey, keeping me informed as she progressed around the house and garden.
I appreciated Zoe briefly going over her findings with me and then three days later (this included a weekend) I received the finalised Home Report.
All communication from Zoe and her colleague Laura was very prompt, clearly articulated and friendly.
I highly recommend G&S as a company and I thank Zoe and Laura for their first class service.

A rare skill nowadays, it seems, to balance professionalism with personability but Zoe has it. She explained the process, had time to answer questions and/or concerns and went the extra mile for us. Thank you Zoe, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her and her company

Professional and responsive service, everything that was needed to support and conclude the sale. Great communication, pleasant folks over there, and will use them again in the future.

Malcolm came round to do our home report and understood our desire to be on the market as quickly as possible. Within 24 hours our home report was ready to go. Thank you for going that extra mile for us.
