Prélevée plusieurs fois sans savoir pourquoi ni comment !!! FF ne répond pas à ma question «  quel est le produit en question svp ». Sauf élément nouveau qui sera porté à ma connaissance, cela semble être du vol?

Abonné automatiquement sans avoir rien demandé

Voici tout simplement le copié/collé de mes mails du 22.06.2021 à FuzeForge et à mon fournisseur d'accès internet en Belgique (SCARLET). Toujours pas de réponse de FuzeForge.

Messieurs, mesdames,
En TR mon mail de ce jour à SCARLET ainsi que sa réponse.
J'annexe aussi la facture litigieuse.
Je n'ai jamais souscrit le moindre abonnement à vos jeux et je ne joue d'ailleurs jamais. Par ailleurs il est impossible qu'un tiers ait frauduleusement utilisé mon smartphone.
Veuillez donc faire le nécessaire pour régulariser ma situation comptable avec SCARLET.
Ceci est une mise en demeure. Je me réserve le droit de porter plainte entre les mains de monsieur le Procureur du Roi et de me constituer partie civile, n'étant pas le seul dans cette situation.

Je viens de recevoir avec étonnement votre facture mensuelle du 21.06.2021 n°21R-311.762.212 dun montant de 68,17€.
Je nai JAMAIS rien commandé chez Fuzeforge et encore moins fait appel au service Fuze Forge Help alors que vous me réclamez QUATRE fois 4,99€ pour un tel service relativement au mois écoulé.
Je ne comprends dailleurs pas comment il se fait que cest vous qui me réclamez ces montants et non ces voleurs avec lesquels je nai eu aucun contact.
Je pèse mes mots en parlant de voleurs car je viens de faire une recherche sur internet et je vois que je ne suis pas le seul dans ce cas.
Je vous paierai donc 48,21€ (et non 68,17€).
Merci de bien vouloir me confirmer que tout est en ordre.

Geachte mevrouw, geachte heer, ik kreeg ongevraagd kosten van Fuze Forge via Proximus. Ik heb nooit iets besteld, getekend of een verbintenis aangegaan.
Dit is pure diefstal en verdoken commissie.
Ik hoop dat FOD Economie hier snel een einde aan maakt. Heel erg van zoiets te doen, en de mensen in de schulden steken

Scam, been charging my o2 account £4.50 per month without my consent or knowledge, they told me I signed up via text which I 100% didn’t. This is fraud on a grand scale, my network won’t help, not sure what else to do. Contacting a professional to deal with it.

Fuzeforge is a scam site.
I'm shocked trust pilot pulled my last review. So I will go into specifics.
Fuzeforge use EVERY sneaky trick they can to lure you into buying their subscriptions, even their "free" messages are chargeable. And at their rate of £4.50 a week, you can BUY a physical copy of that game for that price AND be able to return it, if it doesn't work, there is zero customer support without paying a premium rate number to access. Fuzeforge are scammers.

They are just scammers and thieves, invoicing people directly through their phone bill without their signature or agreement.

Tried to robbed me 4.50 Never subscribed with them, call customer service fuze forge, weren't helpful at all. Call Vodafone and put a spend cap and bloked all premium calls and texts. Sorted

Hello, i subscribed to Fuzeforge accidentally and i can't get out of it and now it is charging me £40 a month, does anyone know how i can stop this happening? i think it must have been a scam that i accidentally clicked on. I need to sort it out quickly as i am losing money.

Rekent abonnementskosten aan per week op slinkse wijze.

Deze firma is niet te vertrouwen.
Sturen valse reclame waardoor er een abonnement wordt afgesloten.
Als je de naam Fuzeforge ziet staan vermijdt dit onmiddellijk en neem maar direct contact op met je provider om deze firma te blokkeren of je heb een fikse rekening aan je been.
Ik heb nooit een pin code van deze firma ingegeven gehad (zo als zij beweren) en toch had ik onwetend een abonnement met deze firma.
Weg met die handeling.
Als je Fuzeforge in Google ingeeft regent er klachten over deze firma.
Zorg zeker dat je niet op de naam Fuzeforge klik of iets dergelijks.

Just found out I have been scammed, good and proper my phone bill was going up each month thinking I was going over
my data so phoned to cap it and find out this company is charging me £4.50 per week for something I didnt sign up for and I havent recieved any texts about this service. Please be aware.

SCAM - using zoom wordsearch deliberately trying to take advantage of people in this testing time

This is a scam company set up with the intention to trick children into subscribing to a nothing service (i.e.: paying a weekly subscription for Fortnite, a free to play game). What’s more, they even have a YouTube account that posts videos of the games it plagiarises, like minecraft videos to dupe kids into thinking it’s real, when in reality ‘mine n craft’ is the cheap, poundland substitute that they actually offer.

I’m just discovering this French fraudster company, and it’s driving me insane that they havent been sued for everything but the hairs on their nuts. The most customary web search reveals nothing but bad news, complaints, and fraud warnings, and the company itself seems to have a tendency of refering dissatisfied customers (aka: all customers) to pursue their complaints with a financial onbudsman... I guess they assume if you’re one of their victims (and therefore, a child, as that’s CLEARLY who they are setting this trap for), you probably won’t have the money or sense to do the proper thing and file a full and detailed lawsuit against the swaithes of consumer laws that they are trying to sidestep.

I hope they have an office near a nuclear disposal site; I hope they and their extended family die of a virulent and aggressive new strain of bum-cancer. And then I hope all their oncologists bang all their widows.

P.S. (to any moderator who reads this review): Why is a complete scam with 100% 1* ratings have a 2.5* rating on the front of it? It doesn’t inspire a huge amount of ‘trust’ in trustpilot..... This is a scam; everyone on your user reviews states as much. Please reflect that properly, because 2.5* should NOT be what these grifters get on their front-page google search. Sort it out.

Fuzeforge heeft mij totaal en onvrijwillijk geld aangerekend voor een bedrag van 64 Euro!!!!
Als je niet oplet en een verkeerde toets op hun zogenaamde App indrukt dan rekenen ze je een peperduur abonnement aan!!!!
Ik ben vandaag zelf naar Proximus geweest en zij hebben Fuzeforge geblokkeerd.
Maar ik moet dus 64 Euro voor NIKS betalen voor het nepabonnement van Fuzeforge!!!
Let dus zeer goed op voor Fuzeforge...
