Fuzeforge Arvostelua 

I recently opened a contract with Three for a wifi router, the first month I didn't notice the bill that had extra costs, but in the second month the bill was already higher and then I decided to check the bill and there I saw these extra costs for fuzegeorge, which I understood from the store representative where I was, that it was about a subscription made to the game, which I never did. I tried to call but no one answered, I'm still waiting after I found out that an investigation was opened.

I have never subscribed to FUZEFORGE and been charged £22 , tried calling the number provided to me by Three but no answer . I would like my money back and this is a blatant SCAM Three network should put a stop to this . FUZEFORGE please refund me my money

This has taken a significant amount of money from my mother account, and she doesn’t and I have no clue on how to stop it and three are just as useless and deniable all liability, which I think is disgraceful given the amount of accounts already effect, you would think something would be put in place. Can someone please tell me how to stop the charges, many thanks

Never subscribed this company has been charging me 4.50 per week for the last 4 months on my mobile phone bill .
Three my network provider was only able to help by providing me with the company’s number that has been adding the charge , which lead back to this company .
No one picks up the phone returns calls or emails .
How is company still going to.

Client Sosh, je reçois 1 SMS d'activation de services multimédias. En parallèle, sur mon compte client, une option est bien active.
Je n'ai pourtant rien souscrit.
Après investigation :
Les paiements de services multimédias sont activés par défaut chez Sosh pour tous les clients.
FuzeForge attend visiblement sagement que vous cliquiez par mégarde sur un lien qui va activer leur service.
Si vous ne prêtez pas attention, vous payerez alors un service dont vous n'avez pas besoin.
Cette pratique commerciale est honteuse et fonctionne grâce à la complicité du fournisseur d'accès : j'ai bien proposé de configurer tous les nouveaux comptes avec des services multimédia bloqués par défaut, sans action de l'usager. Bien évidemment, il n'adhère pas à cette proposition.
Bref, le monde va mal.
Je vais saisir le médiateur des télécommunications pour lui demander son avis.
J'espère que le personnel de FuzeForge supporte la honte chaque jour, lorsqu'il se regarde dans une glace.
Non content de cela, il ment de sang froid en répondant qu'il n'a pas trace de cette activation. J'ai précieusement gardé les copies d'écran. Elles serviront en temps utile.

My 3 mobile broadband has been hacked a gaming company Fuzforge. How on earth can 3 allow this to happen? I have been charged £9 in January, £18 in February and now £18 in March. I was on the phone for over an hour to 3 complaining about this. They referred my complaint to the Billing Support Department. I received an email back today to say that my case has been closed. Not a sign of any explanation. I rang again tonight and the call centre tried to blame me! Contract terminated immediately and the reason I gave was that 3 are failing to protect their customers.
I have tried to cancel my alleged subscription but the link provided by fuzeforge doesn't work!

Absolute SCAM. make money from the vulnerable in a way that the subscription cant be stopped by the mobile provider. Sending STOP to a premium rate is a scam as that also charges

Total scam they started taking money from my mobile phone number 22.50 last month and so far 15.50 this month three mobile no help at all gave me number to call and it's impossible to get through i kept complaint open with three so will call back tomorrow but not holding my breath

Complete fraudsters. I have had the same experience as others. I have a 5g three hub that i don't even know the number for and somehow this mob signed me up for a £4.50 weekly subscription. Three were hopless in resolving the matter so thankfully i was out of contract and just cancelled it. I honestly hope these folk end up in jail.

We never signed up. We emailed Fuseforge and got a reply in French saying they didn't have any account details. When we saw txt msg we checked Bank Account and no payment made. Just checking our phone bill and guess what £4.50 each WEEK being taken. Used the Web address to unsubscribe and guess what. At stage 3 of process there is a BLANK screen with no Unsubscribe button. There is definitely something not right.

Absolute scammers. I was charged a total of 76.50 for a service I never authorised via my Vodafone bill. I didn't even know this was possible. You are thief's and I hope you get what you deserve

My son subscribe this mistakenly and I don’t know how to unsubscribe it please help me to get out of it

I got scammed every month three sending me bill for fuzeforge £9 three broadband doesn’t help with this. how to stop it can anyone help with this plz

This company is a scam I don’t know how they managed to get charges added to my 3 WiFi number that I don’t even know or use. I noticed £4.5 third party charge I contacted 3 only to be given this scam company number that you will call and it will ask you to wait for their non existing care agent and after awhile they will ask you to drop your number stating that they will call you back but they never did. The system will then cut you off.I have been in the neck of three my telecom provider and they promise to get back in 21 days after several calls. They seem to be protesting this scammers instead of their own customer. Imagine this month the third party charge that I don’t know anything about is £9 while even the charge of three is less of £9. I don’t know how the UK system is too porous that anyone can pass charges through their network

Une arnaque, j'ai été prélevée 3 euros par semaine depuis 2 mois alors que je me suis abonnée à rien, je ne joue pas à ce genre de jeux.
Leur demande de remboursement est négative, je vais me renseigner sur quoi faire en cas d'abus.

I have an account with Vodafone and they supply a router and a sim. There is no phone or input device only a Huawei router. Fuze forge have managed to debit the account for some months I assumed the payments were an annual increase from Vodafone and only noticed recently. I do not know enough about sim cards to know how they managed to do this but I have never contacted Fuze forge or agreed to any subscription The number for the sim card is not known to anyone and I have no reason to use it as it only works in the router,

Just read the Fuzeforge response to my review - which has only served to make more annoyed.
Fuzeforge are pretending not to know what they are doing.
Fuzeforge know...
1) They are scamming on an idustrial scale.
2) They know their "Customer Service" line serves one purpose and one purpose only - to embezzle funds on a massive scale through dialling a high cost premium rate number
3) The annoying point is Vodafone is an important strategic partner in the scam.
4) For more than five years Vodafone has been harvesting money from their customers on behalf of the Fuzeforge scam

Scammers, they have been charging my elderly parents mobile broadband for 6 months before we noticed this, and they are not contactable. Had to cancel broadband accounts to stop these payments. Never even signed up to fuze, dodgy!
