I had great service and advice, I spoke to Ashley and she advised me on the delivery date and how long to wait for the bike, the bike arrived on time and in good condition, would use futuraride.com again.
The bike (Fiido M1 pro) is great, it's a lot of fun to ride it.

Bought a Fiido d4s from Futuraride. Absolute disaster of an Ebike. But more of a FIIDO problem than that of Futuraride, who helped me get it sorted under their 18 month warranty, so all good hence.
