The product is damaged no response to email
The product is damaged. There are no returns labels or information of how to return and no one has answered the email I sent regarding these issues. Do not buy anything from this site. It says "London" but all the imagery and post stamps are from China.

Ordered a lamp from here, and I’m really pleased with it. The design is exactly what I was looking for, and the quality is excellent. It fits perfectly in my space. The price is definitely worth every penny considering the craftsmanship. The ordering process was easy, and it arrived quickly and well-packaged. Lovely light!
I love the shape and the color. The light is really useful for working on my ceramic pieces and reading when I don’t want lights on that would bother others.
