Good customer service & quality
I ordered several lights from Furnoo London. All arrived in good quality and as you can see on pictures in the online shop.
I also needed the service agent and I always got a fast response and accurate solution for my issue. Very good and rarely to find with online shops. So I really can recommend this store.

According to the official tracking records, your order was safely delivered to a designated local pickup point in your area, rather than directly to your door. Our customer support team reached out to you multiple times via email to provide you with these collection details and assist you, but unfortunately, we never received a response.
Since the system marks it as successfully delivered to the pickup location and we haven't heard back from you despite our efforts, we assumed you had collected your item. We completely understand the frustration of receiving an automated review request while you were unaware of the delivery status, but please rest assured that your order was fulfilled.

Really lovely products
Really lovely products! We order 6 lights from these guys are they truned up as great as the photos. Unfortunatley one unit was faulty but Furnoo offered to replace this straight away without any fuss. I would recommend these guys.
