Very helpful and knowledgeble
Very helpful member of staff who was not pushy but had excellent knowledge of the stock so helped us greatly to choose between one mattress and another. Excellent quality. Prices were good and it was delivered quickly.

Attentive service and good advice in Newquay branch
Great support and advice received in the Newquay branch. I had a specific dilemma regarding the replacement of a broken sofa and was unsure what type/colour to choose.
They couldn’t have been more patient and helpful and in the end I was very happy with the choice I made off the back of the advice I received. It was not a choice I would have considered making on my own.

The delivery guys from Redruth were superb. Despite really tight corners and narrow passages in our 17th century cottage, they worked a way of getting the bed up two floors. Really impressed. Thanks so much.

We've bought several items of furniture recently from this store and have received the same excellent service each time.

Sales team in the threemilestone branch was very helpful and helped me select the right mattress buy when it came to the delivery the txt informed me that I would receive a phone call in the day for a delivery solt I did not get this phone call till 30min before my delivery was due which was frustrating other than that it was okay

Table scratched
Ordered a lovely corner dining table . Corner seating and bench all lovely but the table top is covered in scratches it looks the way you would expect the table tops to be after a few years wear and tear. I thought maybe I had missed protective film but I hadn’t it’s the actual top, all over the full top is scratched not one area isn’t - very strange as seating new and spotless, it doesn’t even scratch easily , the courier had it for over two weeks but don’t think they could have scratched it this much?? I should have dealt with it earlier but work, life got in the way …

I purchased an armchair on the 1st of July 2024, was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, i eventually had it delivered after many phone calls to newquay furniture world on the 19th September 2024, 11 and a half weeks, not good enough, will not be shopping at furniture world again, must point out the staff were not at fault, it was the couriers, very poor service

I am sorry that you felt you could only award us 1 star in your review because you were disappointed with the slightly extended delivery time. We explained at various times through the order process that the supplier was using a courier to bring your goods down to us and there was a delay on this which was outside our control. We made several calls to the supplier to try and speed up their delivery process. Our notes show that we had several conversations with you explaining the reason behind the delay and we arranged for the chair to be pre-booked before arrival to avoid any further delays in delivery out from our warehouse.
Very good customer service
Very good customer service. Delivery was prompt and mattress put upstairs in the bed no extra charge. Very happy with purchase from start to finish.

I recently visited Furniture world in Truro. I was greeted by Ian and he was super friendly, his product knowledge was great and he definitely gave some great advice.
Although I sadly didn’t decide to purchase a sofa in the end for personal reasons, I would just like to commend him for what great service I got.
I’d definitely deal with him when it comes to purchasing a new mattress in the future.
