The facilitator was great very knowledgeable and calm, we learnt some great tips on meditation and being calm with horses from her which will use in future

The weather was awful but that didn’t stop us and we still enjoyed the experience in beautiful surroundings

We had a wonderful experience with Katherine (full circle) at the horse meditation. It was a morning full of attention and sensitivity where we all were deeply impressed by the impact of being part of a herd. We arrived with excitement and left full of confidence and in tune with nature and the horses. Therapy through the back door. It was very special to experience the horsemeditation as a family.

Lovely long weekend with loads of different activities; yoga, wild swimming, breathing techniques, camp fires and of course the beautiful meditation with horses. The yurt was super cosy, well appointed and the setting just stunning. Katherine made us all feel welcome and at home and skillfully brought us together as a group. The food was healthy, delicious and and were more than happy to cater to my additional dietary requirements. Had a really relaxing time with like minded women who I'm still in touch with. Thanks for everything x

Without a doubt one of the best weekends of my life! What a weekend in the Lakes with the gorgeous team that was Katherine, Nicola and Ben. Without doubt Katherine is literally one of the most extrodinary women I have ever met. Her effortless skills at managing a weekend full of wonderful experiences - the horse meditation and the wild water swimming absolute highlights for me. Katherine has a magical skill with all the activities that made us laugh and cry! I was blessed to be with such an amazing group of ladies. It was Katherine and her skills that helped us form this bond. When I arrived I said I was lost, unmotivated and exhausted. This weekend was a turnaround for all those emotions and I have gone away from this a much happier person. Nicola is a talented chef who kept us well fell with her amazing concoctions. Ben was just a floating calmness in it all and a positive presence.
I would a million percent recommend this weekend for anyone who just needs a reset.

Signing up to a Wild Women Retreat was the best thing I could have done. Katherine who hosted the retreat was amazing, she made everyone feel welcome and at home. I felt truly blessed to have met her and she was an inspiration to everyone who attended. Her meditation techniques were blissful and spiritual as was her Yoga. Just being in her presence left you feeling warm all-over, genuinely cared for and loved during the experience. Wild swimming and being at one with nature gave you a sense of freedom that will last a life time, the singing and campfire meditation was wonderful. Katherines love and connection to her beloved horses was a privilege to see and making friends with like minded women nourished my soul. So thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The inclusive and unique experience of gentle and skillfully guided inner space exploration and discovery through personal and group activities in a perfect setting. Articulate and crafted meditations and yoga. Discussions and most definitely fun and self discovery within and outside my comfort zone.
I can honestly say I have never felt so immersed in a place or so impressed ...and definitely so well fed.

An absolutely fabulous experience. We did meditation and wild swimming. Katherine was lovely and very welcoming. We insanely felt relaxed. The breath work was very good on its own, but then to wild swim in the waterfall was magical. To warm up in the log fire sauna was an unexpected added bonus! Thank you to both Katherine and Ben for making our afternoon such a wonderful experience.

Katherine is AMAZING! Such a wonderful experience and I enjoyed every moment of this incredibly special experience Meditating with Horses!! I even got a back massage from one of the horses and fully recommend this for adults and children!! 🐴💓

A lovely weekend with like-minded supportive women, connecting with nature, each other and beautiful horses. I’m definitely taking up yoga after the amazing sessions we had this weekend 🙏🏻

From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed into a community full of love, warmth and caring. The beautiful environment and people involved in the whole retreat were simply amazing. this was my first ever retreat and in some ways I didn't know what to expect. Katherine, Beth, Chan and Minker, thank you for making space for me to be myself and your love and guidance. Highly recommended for women looking for a space to find and be themselves.

I have just been on a full circle experience with Katherine, if you are stressed, feeling lost, feeling depressed, anxious, bereaved, suffering with postnatal depression or similar this could be just for you. Fabulous vegetarian food, yoga, meditation with horses, open water swims, talking circles, dancing, cacao ceremony, and massages were truly amazing. Katherine's house is set in the lake District, it's peaceful with so much nature e.g horses, cats, dogs, chickens, birds in the grounds. Katherine is one of the nicest people you will ever meet she puts you at ease straight away with a huge welcome and smile. It is so relaxing I will never forget the experience and would recommend this to any woman it's a great way to make friends forever and I will never be able to thank Katherine enough. Ruth A.

This was one of the greatest experiences of my life. The setting was idyllic. From the moment I arrived at my accommodation I felt at one with nature and connected entirely to it. The cabin was beautiful and well equipped with really comfortable beds and absolutely breathtaking views. Every way you walked there was so much beauty to see in the landscape, the waterfalls and the wildlife.
I found the whole experience profound and life affirming. The hosts were so warm and welcoming I felt at home immediately, they provided so much knowledge, so much guidance and made the whole weekend so memorable.
It’s the ultimate retreat to unwind, reconnect with yourself, connect with nature and connect with like minded women all working together for a more supportive woman hood.
The fear of horses I had was extinguished immediately during horse meditation, a truly wonderful and emotional experience that has opened up a whole new love and appreciation for these majestic beings!

I went on a 4 day wild woman retreat set in the beautiful rural village of Rydal in the Cumbrian Lake District. The activities were wonderful with sessions of meditation with horses, yoga, wild swimming, spa facilities and treatments and talking circles where we all gathered to share and talk about our life traumas and love and support each other so that we may all heal. The other women in the group were so amazing and accepting and we all connected very quickly becoming a sisterhood rather a group of strangers gathered from across Europe. I have never felt so much love and compassion shared between people before and it was so beautiful and overwhelming I will never forget the experience.

My accommodation was beautiful and luxurious with the biggest bed I have ever seen. The food was beautiful and tasty and the family were so welcoming that I truly feel I am part of their family now.

With the love, support and guidance of our wonderful hosts, Katherine, Beth, Chantelle, and Minker I found the strength and courage to overcome the mental blocks that I have had for so long. They have given me the gifts of self love and self acceptance as well as the knowledge that I can overcome anything that life puts in my path. I will be forever grateful for these gifts that I have been given.

I feel that I have a place I can go, a home from home, when I need some respite from life. A place that I will always be welcome, loved and cared for.

I'm SO glad I went on the Wild Woman Retreat with Katherine. After struggling for a few months with depression and recovering from a big burnout, I knew that I needed nature, deep relaxation, and supportive women around me - I got all of that and more.

My favourite moments were the adventures in the beautiful countryside: swimming in the lake and waterfalls, singing in the caves. But my true healing happened during the sister circles, the 1-on-1 inner child work with Katherine, and the horse meditations.
