Amazing experience with Emily and Roo on the Kea Retreat. Incredible setting, great food, fantastic yoga sessions twice a day, and just an nourishing week that left me revitalized and rejuvenated. I could not have asked for anything more!

Emily and Roo are simply the best instructors. Helpful and caring and considerate and always getting the best out of one.
The retreat was memorable - wonderful place, great yoga and movement, good food and lots of swimming and exercise.

Greece 2024 was a great success. With the age different it was still such a good week organised by Em. 2023 the ages were 19-49yrs, 12people. 2024 the ages were 50-74! Feeling mobile and motivated!!

Emily is an amazing and attentive yoga and retreat leader. I felt so welcome and supported and safe in her company. She and Roo bring such positive energy to their lessons and retreats. They are both super special people who I can't wait to meet again on the next retreat!!

Had the pleasure of spending an Our Retreat experience with Emily and Roo. They made it such an enjoyable time I'm looking forward to joining them again. They love movement and helping people improve and feel better. Emily's yoga classes were amazing, and challenging, and fun! Roo brought the fun mobility, core and calisthenics that has influenced my workouts to this day. They're positive, encouraging, and we'll definitely be looking to workout and retreat with them in the future!

Emily & Roo were amazing retreat teachers- they were kind, knowledgable and both of their classes were challenging, fun and also calming. They gave excellent assists and I really learnt a lot from them both. Would definitely recommend!

I went on Our Retreat in Chamonix with Emily & Roo, it was so wonderful! Both are so knowledgeable and passionate with yoga/Pilates/stretch/mobility and not to mention just extremely kind and fun humans. They really took the time to get to know each of us and helped us on the mat & the slopes! I now want to do any classes/retreats they offer. Simply the best!

Emily & Roo are very warm and thoughtful instructors and retreat hosts. With a wealth of knowledge between them, you are in really good hands. Both make you feel seen as an individual (on and off the mat!) even among a group of others, and make you feel safe so that you can really switch off into your class/ retreat. I would highly recommend joining a class or retreat with this lovely pair!

I love Em and Roo’s retreat where ever they do it , im always down to go because im sure i will have a beautiful memory forever. They are your friends but they are the best at what they do so youre in good hands!

Just returned from a wonderful week's ski yoga retreat in Chamonix with Emily and Roo. It was a treat to benefit from their extensive knowledge of movement and wellbeing. They brought an exceptional level of care and attention to each morning yoga class and evening stretch session, ensuring our bodies were on top form for skiing. They inspired us with great playlists, looked after us on the ski slopes and even let us lead them astray for some aprés ski! Whatever your level of ability, if you're looking for some expert guidance to get the most from your body, Emily and Roo are for you!

I've just returned from a fab ski retreat in Chamonix hosted by Emily and Roo. Emily & Roo looked after everyone on the mountain & the yoga mat, no one was left behind and it worked so well skiing as a group, with them making sure people were happy/who wanted to leave when/if people felt confident enough to carry on with particular runs. They were both so welcoming and friendly, which created atmosphere for the retreat group. And not only that but when it comes to yoga and mobility, they are both clearly experts in what they do and their passion and enthusiasm shines through. Definitely book your retreat with them! :)

I signed up for a week long Yoga, ski retreat in Chamonix not knowing what to expect . From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. I am not well versed with yoga however with each class I was challenged and encouraged to push myself . Emily inspired me with her sunny nature and experience throughout the week not only during yoga with a variety of classes , music and guidances but throughout the days on the slopes and while relaxing at the chalet! I would definitely do another retreat with Emily.

Incredible! The time spent was not only insightful but hugely beneficial to my mental and physical well being. Emily and her team truly know what they are doing and I couldn’t recommend it more - great people and environment which is why I can’t wait to do it all again!

Roo and Em were the most hospitable and supportive retreat leaders imaginable. Completely attentive and all the activities and sessions a perfect combination of fun, fitness and relaxation.

I was a little nervous about going alone but came away refreshed and with new friends.

The venue was beautiful and I really recommend.

My first (of many) retreats with Em & Roo! Where to begin… I had such a fantastic week. Physically challenged, but also never had to do anything I didn’t want to. The week truly felt like a holiday, as I left feeling relaxed, well nourished and incredibly fit and healthy. Em & Roo made me feel incredibly comfortable, as a solo traveller I was amazed by how quickly I could truly switch off and feel at home. Such an amazing week and a magical experience.
