I received my order last week on time and i fit the item right away,i was worried it might feel cheap , but the material quality is fantastic. And I am planning to order again in future. 2thumbs up!

Respond slow on request and instruction for return item not clear . Return item still need to charge for carrier service this is unreasonable.

I find it great that my order arrived so early, and I was very excited.
I was very happy with the results.

I. like . It.

Received my purchase on time and was able to track it. The product was well packaged and communication was quite frequent during the shipping process. I was not aware of the additional shipping cost which I paid to DHL. I would have preferred to be advised of this prior to making my purchase. At least an estimate should be given to the purchaser.

I like fueler caps 😍

Exceptional customer service and follow up. Great variety of F1 products and always have the most up to date releases in terms of each official teams merchandise.

I would recommend them to all people looking to buy genuine F1 and motorsports merchandise with such a big variety of products on offer. Team are also super friendly and they always get back to you in efficient time frame with excellent solutions.

Fueler really care about their customers to make sure the experience is seamless. Will always buy from them and have purchased quite a few items and shipping is quick.

Fueler resolved a small payment issue with excellent follow up and confirmed that they are actively working on improving.

Shipping company

Easy to order, fast track delivery, son overjoyed with his birthday present.

Just received my Lewis Hamilton cap for silverstone! Brilliant service so fast . Thank you fueler .

Excellent service, fast delivery. I just think the prices could be better, but I recommend it to everyone.

I was excited to receive my order, and the product itself appears to be good quality. Unfortunately, the purchasing experience was disappointing due to unexpected import charges that were never disclosed during checkout.
I was required to pay $59.65 to DHL before my package would be delivered. After reviewing the invoice, only $10.69 was actual import duty. The remaining charges included a $30.12 bonded storage fee, a $17.50 DHL processing fee, and regulatory charges.
When I contacted Fueler, they simply stated that customs duties are the customer's responsibility without addressing the fact that most of the charges were not customs duties. I asked whether any shipping or customs documentation may have contributed to the bonded storage fee, but have not received a meaningful explanation.
International buyers should be aware that significant additional charges may be due upon delivery that are not reflected at checkout. I hope Fueler improves transparency about potential import-related fees and works with customers when unexpected charges arise.
