They have great customer service. Im glad someone was able to speak Spanish and be able to answer the questions my mom had.

I have been with the company as a customer for over a year and as I've tried to renew my insurance with them this time around I've had a horrible experience. Their staff are unprofessional, I was texted and called multiple times by a certain agent because I didn't work with her to make a policy. I then purchased a policy with a quote given to me by an agent and then as I'm signing the documents she got important personal details wrong on my policy. Those errors then affected my rate of my policy and the agent didn't reach out till later with basically no solution. I spoke to a supervisor who made false promises. He said I could get a full refund if I canceled the policy which was false. I was practically playing phone tag with everyone here. I was then directed by an agent to go in person to cancel my policy where I was told I will NOT get a full refund. All these issues caused by their agents and I'm the one that has to figure it out on my own.

I am extremely grateful for the wonderful service I received from Angela Alesci. As a client, I truly appreciate how attentive, kind, and professional she has been throughout the entire process. Angela is always willing to listen, answer my questions, and take the time to resolve any concerns I may have.

Gabriella as wonderful and helped me get Insurance for my daughter. The process was fast and much cheaper that other providers.

Horrible experience nasty attitudes called the office in Texas..unprofessional and acted like you are bothering them..Do not go with them they will tell you one price and when you call literally right back they quote you something else....Sound like scamming to me allegedly.

My insurance rate was over $750 a month w/ Nat. General, several other brokerages were quoting me around the same. Jerod B. was able to get me name brand coverage w/ Progressive at just $500/month. He was very patient specifically when I wanted credentials to assure me I was making the right choice since it seemed to good to be true. Great customer service, they make sure you have the best experience , they also have some great prices.

I experienced discrimination and homophobia and transphobia from their customer service representatives. I was asked flat out” are you a women or a man “ and when I asked why does that matter they said insurance rates are different based on gender , I’ll get my coverage else where.

This was the best experience I have had getting insurance. Eryel Hawkins was fast efficient and called me back when my phone died patient and answered all my questions and did not waste a second of my time. I had calls incoming and interrupting and he was the absolute best at keeping me exactly where I needed to be I am very happy with the outcome and I got the cheapest quote with this and I called lots of places.
