The company never responded to my previous review, my Freesat Box had a fit and recorded all manner of programmes and filled the hard drive which we were unable to empty. A new hard drive was fitted the Box still televises Freesat, although when we are watching Freeview the Box switches on & Off several times but does not record, and with this fault we do not record any programmes. Complete waste of £90 charge should have put the money to good use and bought a new unit

Looking back through a records we never had a response from you after the repair about this issue I'm sorry if you couldn't get hold of us but we would have sorted out this issue if we'd receive the message.
Wrong box
I did get someone else`s box back by mistake but a swop was arranged and that went well. My box is working fine again.

Ordered a new hard drive. It arrived promptly and even included a small tool with which to complete the job. What was particularly helpful was the video explaining how to change this out yourself - most useful!

Superb value for money
Finding a company who can even do repairs nowadays was a bonus in itself. What an excellent service we received and full communication throughout. I cannot believe the speed of repair either. We had the box back within a few days. All works perfectly again and kept all data in memory, too. Superb value for money! I cannot recommend enough.
