Bien qu'un peu éloigné de l'aéroport le service est impeccable et les chauffeurs très attentifs et prevenent.

And same on the way, receiving the car as soon as we get out, no wait and easy way to go back home. Thank you

Most of the cars are a bit dirty. Overall, the trips have generally been easy but if anything goes wrong which it did today, the support is not good. The chatbot doesn't recognize simple common words like contact number, or speak to a human. So doesn't provide you the contact number which is difficult to find elsewhere in their app. It also doesn't tell you the working hours so you have to call the number to find out rather than just posting all this info in the app. Overall, information in the app about issues/support and contacting them is convoluted. Their error messaging if you can't end a trip simply says 'something went wrong' which is unhelpful if you need to figure it out yourself because the customer service is not 24/7 which should be a must for a service like this. Just overall frustrating and disappointing experience with the car, the lack of support, and the disorganized information in the app.
Update the following morning: once I was able to get a hold of customer service, they helped me very quickly and ensured I was charged the right amount. Overall not the best experience but definitely ended on a better note.

Carro em bom funcionamento, a tempo e horas.

Experiencia lamentable y absolutamente indignante con Free2Move Madrid.

Alquilé un vehículo durante apenas 11 minutos y recorrí solo 3 km. Después me cargaron más de 260 € por un supuesto daño en un neumático que niego rotundamente haber causado.

Adjunto las imágenes del daño, porque a simple vista parece un corte limpio en el neumático, más parecido a un navajazo o acto vandálico que a un roce normal con un bordillo. Me parece alucinante que pretendan atribuirme ese daño sin aportar una prueba clara y concluyente.

Durante mi trayecto el coche circuló con total normalidad. No noté ningún golpe, vibración, pinchazo, pérdida de presión ni anomalía. Además, yo dejé el vehículo correctamente aparcado en una posición concreta y las fotos que me enviaron muestran el coche en otra posición distinta, por lo que considero que el vehículo fue movido después de finalizar mi alquiler.

He solicitado documentación completa, fotografías anteriores y posteriores, hora exacta de detección del daño, informe de inspección y una justificación concreta de por qué se me imputa a mí. No me han aportado pruebas suficientes. Simplemente han cerrado el expediente y me han ofrecido un crédito parcial para volver a usar su servicio, algo que evidentemente no acepto.

Me parece una gestión abusiva, opaca y totalmente injusta. Cobrar a un cliente por un daño que no ha causado, especialmente cuando las imágenes parecen mostrar un corte en el neumático y no un roce normal, es inaceptable.

No recomiendo Free2Move en absoluto. Si alguien utiliza este servicio, que haga fotos y vídeos de absolutamente todo antes y después del alquiler, porque pueden imputarte daños que no has provocado y después cerrar el caso sin darte una solución real.

Die Fahrer sind immer pünktlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit . Habe den Service schon mehrmals in Anspruch genommen und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Kann das Unternehmen definitiv empfehlen.

- Man muss vor Mietbeginn das CarSharing Fahrzeug von allen 4 Seiten fotografieren - bei Regen extrem belastend.
- Nach Fahrtende gibt's keine Abrechnung in Echtzeit.

Le radar de l'entrée du parking a de suite reconnu mon numéro d'immatriculation et m'a délivré un ticket que j'ai inséré à la sortie du parking.
Le P5 est vraiment tout près du terminal 1.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Nutzer von Free2Move und muss leider sagen, dass der Kundenservice extrem enttäuschend ist.

Mehrfach habe ich Fahrzeuge ordnungsgemäß betankt und dabei die Zapfpistole so eingestellt, dass automatisch stoppt, sobald der Tank voll ist. Trotzdem wurde mir im Nachhinein kein Tankbonus gutgeschrieben.

Auf Nachfrage erhielt ich dann die Begründung, dass der Tank nur zu 86 % statt der erforderlichen 90 % gefüllt gewesen sei. Dabei wurde weder darauf eingegangen, dass die Zapfsäule automatisch abgeschaltet hat, noch wurde in diesem Fall eine angemessene Kulanz gewährt.

Dazu wurden in der Vergangenheit etliche Werbeaktionen mit Rabatten beworben (z.B. wenn eine bestimmte Anzahl an Fahrten getätigt wird. Oftmals wurden diese Rabatte jedoch NACHWEISLICH nicht korrekt bzw. gar nicht berechnet. Auch hier übernahm das Unternehmen keinerlei Verantwortung.

Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck, dass hier bewusst Hürden geschaffen werden, um zugesagte Boni nicht auszuzahlen. Ich werde in Zukunft, wo es möglich ist, auf die Konkurrenz zurückgreifen.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile je l'aurais fait ....
J'ai réservé un parking sur cette plateforme (Travelcar lisé à Free2move) pour laisser mon véhicule et partir en voyage.
le jour J, je me pointe à 7h du matin (vol à 10h) et le personnel du parking m'informe qu'il ne travaillent plus avec cette plateforme ....et qu'il refuse que je laisse mon véhicule ... Le problème, je n'ai reçu aucune alerte, aucun mail de confirmation et je ne trouve aucun numéro pour les joindre !!!
je ne vous raconte pas la galère ...
Conclusion: ZÉRO pointé pour le SERVICE et plateforme A FUIR
