Well made jewelry. Good quality. Beautiful Malas especially. Colors may not be as bright as pictured. They are real not fake. They affect me. Shipping sometimes takes time, but will get to you. Any problems,ask customer service. They are nice and prompt.

My delivery went to a wrong address. Working with customer service was very cumbersome, repetitive and kept saying they would escalate to next level. Finally whoever received my package delivered it to me. I purchased a labradorite bracelet and the gems are such poor quality, super cloudy and not shiny and sparkly at all. I would never shop here again.

I purchased this earrings and I am pleased that the have nice detail and just as advertised. Many times you buy something that doesnt look like the picture.

The wrong size watch band was sent. Now I have to pay for return shipping and wait for a refund for something that wasn't my fault. They haven't even replied yet to approve the return

I had been looking for a necklace like this for some time. I like my necklaces long and with silver accents. Although it is a lighter weight bead than I thought it would be, I do love it. The colors and quality are very nice. I could see getting another color down the road. It's pretty to wear with many kinds of clothing. And it layers well with other things I have.

The "natural" plastic stones are tied with fishing line that have no stretch. The cheap jewelry that is on par with Temu and Shein looks nothing like the pictures on their website. The beads are similar to a child's toy jewelry..You'll be waiting on your dollar store item for a few weeks since it ships directly from China. Their website leads you to believe the items are in the US. I ordered an Apple Band that broke/ fishing line wasn't tied properly. Asked for a refund several times but conveniently it was too late because they already shipped the plastic out. I will dispute the charge with my bank and contact my local consumer protection agency. Buyer Beware!

I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THEM AND THE IGNORANT DELIVERY SERVICE THEY USE, CALLED GOFO. FREE SPIRIT TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND JUST BLAMES THE DELIVERY SERVICE. HORRIBLE! I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I ordered a bracelet from your company for the first time, and I’m honestly shocked by the experience. The bracelet arrived in a small gift bag that is clearly damaged and stained with a red mark. When I asked for a replacement, I was told to try cleaning it myself.

I find this response completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be told to “clean” a brand‑new item that arrives in a defective condition ,especially when it’s meant to be a gift. This is not normal, and it is not professional.

At this point, I am seriously considering returning the entire order. Being asked to fix your quality issue myself is insulting, and it has completely undermined my confidence in your company.

I received high quality crystals. Some other companies crystals are either fake or low quality.

Promoted themselves as a local business in Australia. Returns then to France.
A return resolution of a significant discount offered. Only once we had re-ordered (as part of this offer) did they then tell us using US$ not Australian - which had been the case throughout all transactions and communications.
Misleading, dishonest operators.

Such a beautiful and unique bracelet and I love the ammonite in the centre. It is adjustable and comfortable to wear. It is 3 bracelets in one which is a huge bonus and have had many lovely compliments about it.

Ordered a selenite lamp. After seeing the postage/ sending address I questioned where they sourced their selenite as that area is not a selenite source. After asking a minimum of 5 times 5 different ways the response I got was the same. They work with over 70 vendors bla bla bla yet refused to respond to their sourcing. Simple question. I dont have the product yet (after many weeks)but returning would cost more than the product itself for a store credit and you pay international postage. Be careful with this company. The items may be pretty but doubtful authentic and virtually non returnable.

Ordered a bracelet for £26 on 3rd December and am still waiting for it to arrive. Unacceptable as it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Will never trust them ever again. Looks like ive lost £26 and nothing to show for it

The bracelets are both unique and beautiful. All eight members of my family loved their's.

Beware of this company. If you are not happy with the item, you have to exchange it for something else and cannot get a refund. Also you have to return to an address in France and the postage is expensive. I was not happy with the quality of a bracelet which was basically some beads held together with string, and would not wish to replace it with more of the same poor quality merchandise.
