I would rate your whole FREDDY’S Company a BIG 0!!! I give 0 about your company and product!!! I or anyone in my surrounding family and friends can’t even wear the product ( 2 pair of jeans or fake jeans ) that was ordered with my bank card!!! Thank you so much for your help with all that by the way, now I can sit and worry about losing $201.00!!! It been such a great help with my recovery from my stroke!! I hope you Have a great day knowing that you got $201.00 for nothing.

Sono scontenta perche ho ordinato un pezzo esposto disponibile per taglia. Ho effettuato la mia scelta ho perfezionato con il pagamento Ho ricevuto conferma ordine #309782 - 15 Maggio. La scelta era possibile Si e' conclusa Non ci devono essere sorprese come se entri in un negozio scegli paghi prendi esci.
Invece, l'acquisto concluso e' stato stornato per mancanza della taglia al momento della spedizione. Questo e' scorretto e non e' un problema mio se non sapete gestire le vendite online.. Non e' corretto io ho scelto in tempo reale e' mio diritto avere quello che prendo come in un negozio reale. Non potete esporre e poi e' solo virtuale.. Desidero avere il pezzo che ho scelto e pagato liberamente perche offerto da voi in vetrina quindi disponibile.
Oggi non siete in grado di gestire il catalogo online e le vendite online. O vi aggiornate o smettete e vendete solo in negozio

I love Freddy jeans! Since discovering this brand, I wear only Freddy jeans. So comfy and so cute. And great designs and fabrics! Truly one of my favorite brands.

Let me start by saying that the customer service is amazing and very responsive. I am a business owner myself, and I truly appreciate this level of service.

As for the quality of their leggings and everything else, it is outstanding! I know the brand is a little more expensive than others, but you truly get what you pay for. If you want quality that will last for years, then this brand is for you. Cheaper brands may last less than a year, but these are made to last.

I strongly believe in quality over quantity. I am a huge fan, and my whole family wears their leggings. I am definitely a customer for life!

La tuta è proprio adatta alla mia fisicità.
In questi giorni è piovuto molto e ha fatto anche freddo, non ho potuto quindi indossarla molto.

Awful the jeans smelled like mold two pairs, I wrote and they told me it was a promotion however it was not. Regardless I had been instructed to bring these mold ridden jeans to my local post office and this was not the first time.NEVER AGAIN

My wife was a huge Freddy fan and recently we ordered two pairs of trousers. They did arrive quickly but one pair was not what was ordered and the other pair smelled horribly of damp. They had to be washed twice to make them wearable. So very very let down. We will not order again.

2 stars for my memories of what the products and company used to be.
3 pairs ordered, all using the online fit calculator. One is too small. The other is uncomfortable but will be fine. The third is the right fit exactly, but tore a hole when I pulled them on, despite me having very short and well maintained nails. The fabric is too thin and poor quality now.
Oh and returns or refunds are a nightmare.

This will be my last attempt at buying this brand. It's just not worth it anymore.
