L'abbigliamento sportivo è veramente molto bello.
Evasione ordini e consegna eccellenti.

Ho acquistato 2 paia pantaloncini di cotone molto belli e comodi tg s..di solito porto la 38 ma ho preferito stare sul comodo.,che non stringessero troppo e così è stato. La canotta, invece,xs ,era abbondante ma per un uso sportivo va benissimo e quindi l'ho tenuta. Se qualcuno desiderasse una vestibilità più stretta, consiglio di valutare ogni minimo dettaglio del prodotto.
Ho restituito invece un modello di pantaloncini xs perché troppo stretti, ma la facilità e velocità di restituzione sono state ottime, inoltre nel giro di 10 giorni mi ho ricevuto il rimborso sul metodo pagamento al momento dell'acquisto con carta prepagata..top

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. Returned jeans and was given store credit sent to me as a Gift Card that apparently expired after 3 months. Had to fight to get it extended, no stock available. Forced to pay even more money so credit wasn’t wasted. Then parcel sent to incorrect address and Freddy tried to get out of replacing jeans by saying I hadn’t purchased optional insurance (illegal). After enforcing my rights under ACL and providing evidence from Australia Post they reluctantly resent the parcel. Jeans arrived with yellow buttons! Took photos, said I wanted a refund but Freddy refused. Store credit is all they are prepared to offer. I honestly wish I had never given this company a single dollar of my money. They have ZERO customer service and their jeans are definitely not worth your loss of money or the stress involved in trying to get justice. Be sensible, buy your jeans elsewhere.

Ho acquistato diverse volte da Freddy e mi sono trovata molto bene con i modelli,taglia e la qualità dei capi. servizio clienti funzionante, quando ho avuto bisogno mi hanno risposto ed aiutato per risolvere. Spedizione velocissima, unica peca e il corriere che avete scelto Poste,il peggiore in assoluto! Infatti ultimo ordine che ho fatto il 8 luglio sono ancora in attesa di riceverlo (ovviamenteper colpa del corriere!) Comunque Freddy é un'azienda OK!

I have several pairs of Freddy jeans and love every pair. Fast delivery generally within a week. Love the fit and feel. Great quality. I have had holes develop in one pair unfortunately after my child put them in the dryer other than that no issues. I really like the NOW collection as they has pockets and a great fit however my favourite WRUP.

I'm on my 6th pair of Freddys - all purchased within the space of a year.
2 pairs lasted about 3 months, laddering and holes appeared around the hips and in the groin area after a few weeks of wearing. I read the user manual, taking care in putting them on, hand washing them etc. Disappointed in the quality I contacted customer service. I cannot fault the prompt response and communication but unfortunately they wouldn't replace them, provide a credit or discount on a new pair. Since I had to throw them away, I needed a new pair and purchased 2 black jeans around April. Both pairs get worn once a week and I have washed them a couple of times. Unfortunately this morning I noticed a new hole form in one of my new pairs.
For the price I paid, I really expected better quality. I have jeans from other retailers purchased years ago at a quarter of the price, and are still in great condition.
Very disappointed and annoyed. As lovely as they look on, they're not worth the price and I wont be supporting them anymore.

Update to Freddys Response:
Unsure about a 3rd party involved. It was Freddys UK. At the end of the day, the Freddys denium jeans are of poor quality, regardless of which retailer is selling them.

Habe in den Jahren mehrere Freddy`s gekauft. Bei fast allesn Hosen zeigten sich nach kürzerer Zeit Löcher an den Nähten an diversen Stellen. Bei den immer weiter gestiegenen Preisen hat die Qualität auch immer weiter abgenommen mit den Jahren.
Absolut keine Kaufempfehlung.Werde auch selbst keine mehr kaufen.

J’aime le fait que certains pantalons aillent jusqu’à 44 taille française. Par contre j’ai commandé 3 pantalons dans cette taille et la taille réelle diffère d’un pantalon à l’autre je ne peux même pas fermer l’un d’eux tandis que l’autre est presque trop grand 😵‍💫 et le troisième je l’enfile difficilement mais j’y arrive. Je dois donc renvoyer l’un deux à mes frais. Ça me fait hésiter à repasser commande car les frais de retour sont élevés sans parler que c’est un parcours du combattant pour parvenir à trouver une entreprise qui fasse cela correctement sinon le retour ne me sera pas remboursé.

Used to have way better quality before but recently like many other products, quality dropped. It’s not even 6 months it’s already falling apart

I purchased three pairs of trousers and returned one pair because it didn't meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a refund. Instead, due to their return policy, I was given store credit that was worth less than the amount I originally paid because the item had been purchased on sale.
I had actually considered buying more of my favourite trousers from this company in different colours, but thankfully I didn't spend any more money with them.
I used the store credit to purchase two other pairs of trousers that were on sale. When they arrived, the material was completely different from what I expected. The "leather" fabric felt more like denim, and the fit was much smaller than their usual trousers. I simply wanted to exchange them for a larger size, but I was told that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under their policy.
Overall, I found the customer service extremely disappointing and their policies unfair and inflexible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to think carefully before purchasing from them.

I've received a response from Freddy stating that my purchase was made through a third-party retailer rather than directly through Freddy.com. However, this is incorrect, as I purchased directly from Freddy and not through a third-party retailer. Their response makes it appear as though they are trying to avoid responsibility rather than address my complaint honestly.
