RETURNS ARE A NIGHTMARE-GOOD LUCK

OMG, the 2 out of 3 pairs were damaged. Oh, they do not make returns as easy as what is outlined on their website. I completed the return form and the items were returned and signed for by Freddy's. This was all done with 12 days of me initially receiving the merchandise including weekends. Basically, I returned it right away. No refund or acknowlegement of the return. My bank had to issue a chargeback and I won of course. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The pants look great online but quality is cheap. They spend a ton on marketing but most importantly they are not trustworthy with the returns.

Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologize for the experience you had. Receiving damaged items and then facing difficulties with the return process is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we completely understand your frustration.

We must say that it is very unusual for our products to arrive damaged, as quality control is a priority for us. We will investigate what happened internally.

Take notice of the returnpolicy before placing an order.

I live in Sweden and placed the order on Freddy.com.
They stated easy returns on the order confirmation and that is a lie for sure.
I made a purchase of four trousers, unfortunately one pair was not what I expected and I wanted to return those.
Then I was informed that I have to organize a trackable return to Italy from Sweden.
That is for a private customer quite expensive and customer service at Freddy Italy couldnt support with a return label and instead deduct the freight cost from my expected refund.
I have purchased many times on Freddy, both Sweden, Finland and Germany and never ever had any issues if I needed to return anything.

Do tre stelle

Do tre stelle solo perché dei due acquisti precedenti sono rimasta soddisfatta, ma l'ultimo la delusione ne ha fatto padrona. Ho preso due leggings i quali sono felpati all'interno e non era specificato in nessuna descrizione. Parliamo della taglia. Sono normopeso e solitamente indosso una loro S. Entrambi i capi che ho preso hanno vita larga, stringono sui glutei e strettissimi in gamba.... mai successo con nessuna marca di abbigliamento sportivo. Delusa 😞
