Good products, good prices.

The mug looked much better on the site in the preview. When I opened the box, I must admit I was disappointed as the lettering and the cat icon was much smaller than expected.
However, putting expectations aside, it is a solid mug.

Take ages to reply to your emails
Take ages to reply to your emails. I ordered a bracelet with first holy communion engraved but was sent an adult size when holy communion is for 8-9 year old. I will need yo pay p&p to send back. Probably won’t be refunded for that.

Hi Leanne, we are sorry to receive this less favourable review. All bracelets, when laid out straight, will have a length of 20cm (excluding charm). This is advertised on the listing and if you have made a mistake, the team will try and help as best as possible.
I see a ticket has been raised this week and an agent will be in touch as soon as possible. After the item has been personalised, we are generally unable to accept returns as we cannot resell the item. As this has been sent as described and without defect, it has been escalated to a senior member of the team, who will be in touch as soon as possible after the Easter break, with hopefully a favourable response.

Well, it finally turned up. 10 days late but it did arrive. Quality of goods - fair but nothing special considering the price. Don't think I would use this site again.
