Paid for a handbag on 9th July, item still hasn't arrived and tracking information is invalid. I've had to do a charge back.....they're scammed!

I ORDERED HEAD WRAPS FROM THIS PLACE ON 7/18. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. IT'S A SHAME THAT YOU WOULD SCAM CANCER PATIENT. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

Not received item. bought 2 pairs of reading glasses advertised on Facebook,should have realised .didn't research the company first .bought with PayPal credit card so going to see if I can get my money back ..hate company's that scam you .do not buy from this company at all .

Emergency rescue key , about three weeks to deliver , company is UK registered , inferior products shipped from China , I won't be the last to get taken in I'm sure , returns would be near on impossible....

I wouldn't rate you at all my order was nothing like it looked a small brown box a small picture of fairies about 2inches by 3inches no thread six 10 x 10 bits of cloth no wings no flowers that's it

The items I purchased were absolutely RUBBISH.!!NOT AS THE IMAGE SHOWED. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. IF I COULD SEND THE RU NISH BACK I WOULD. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
I WOULD NEVER. EVER RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I WISH I COULD POP MY COMPLAINT ON A PUBLIC PAGE.

Extremely long delivery time. Like the review below for the 3d highland cows, 4 out of 12 bags of beads missing. Therefore unable to make anything. Emailed and absolutely no response!!! SCAM WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!!!!!!!

Received item after a long wait
Item is actually a kit to make 4 highland cows (not 8 I paid for) and it contained a few bags of minute beads and some other flimsy items
After numerous emails to and from so called company I have had no joy in getting a refund
So it looks like I've been taken in by a rogue company selling goods not as described

I ordered a bucket hat on 4/29/26, it arrived on 6/4/26 and it was not what I expected, it did not look like what the model was advertising and I was very disappointed. It looks like cheap material and did not have the frayed edges that were advertised I wanted so badly. I contacted them 3 times already but no response and they don't have a contact phone number to contact them. False advertisement
