Great Service. Great Machine.
Bought my FM6DD after much research.
It did everything it claimed, but then after about 3 hours running it ran lumpy and wouldn't start.
I checked all vital signs and found there was no spark.
I call the Fiorest Master Tech support and spoke to very helpful Joseph Jordan. He posted me a new plug which arrive the next morning.
New plug in, started first time and now runs like a dream.
Great Service. Great Machine.

Shredder not up to the job.
Electric powered shredder was not up to the job. The product is excellent but the feed so awkward and too small that you have to cut all of the side branches off to get it to work. The exit chute is so low that you have to shovel the shreddings up off the ground. The power cable is too short and it failed after about three hours use and will not reset.

Very pleased with the electric shredder. Cut down five trees and it shredded all the branches and leaves perfect compost.
Highly recommended.

ordered a sm FM6DD Compact 6HP Petrol Wood Chipper – Direct Drive, Rotatable Hopper, Chips Up to 50mm × 1all chipper online
ordered a small chipper online, The process was easy to do, Delivery was much faster than had been promised, considering that i live on the western Isles,
The machine i bought came in 2 boxes and needed assembly, this was an easy enough procedure following their Video guide on You tube.
after assembly i fuelled the machine and gave it a test on some small branches, the next day i used it for around an hour, very happy with the results.

Forest master website easily detailed how to maintain my log splitter.
My hydrolic oil needed topped up.
When I ordered some oil it was delivered quickly. I was able to track it and it arrived on time.

Great piece of kit
Great service and fast shipping.
Really good product, would be 5 stars, but for the OEM blades being very soft and wearing quickly. Replaced with some harder blades and it’s superb.
The other slight niggle was it wasn’t immediately obvious that you needed a specialist socket to replace them - got that and it’s spot on.
