Forces Cars Direct Arvostelua

Used forces cars for last 3 cars very good service given at all times. Would recommend to anyone

Excellent company

Stephen was friendly and efficient to deal with during the ordering process and it was all completed very quickly.
I was then passed on to Amy, who will manage everything until delivery. Again things were dealt with very promptly and professionally, with excellent communication.
A pleasure to deal with.

Good communication. All went through very smoothly. Very good price for the car.

2nd time of using these guys.and why not use them....huge discounts to be had off the RRP, sadly not the best on the market for part ex, but it hasnt deterred me yet!

Polite efficient and quickly communicated the various options.

Great price and found that prices seen on the web site equated to the quotation price.
Good communication, and very patient whilst we changed our minds on vehicle colour several times.
The only negative is having to travel a good distance to pick up the vehicle, or pay for transporter delivery. But worth it in the end due to the large savings on list price.

Really good . Julian very helpful and answered so many questions without any issues . So far brill

Stephen was extremely professional and could not have been any better.

Both the sales adviser and delivery coordinator have been extremely helpful and rapid to respond to my questions to get the sale moving. The price discount could not be matched by other dealers, so very happy to place my order with Forces Direct Cars.

A real joy to deal with, making the whole process easy and friendly

During the initial stage of researching the purchase of a new car through Forces Cars Direct, my communication with one of their sales directors, Julian Ward, has left me questioning whether I want to proceed with this company. Unfortunately, I found his demeanor to be rude, unhelpful, and condescending, which has been a disappointing experience for a customer looking for professional and courteous service.

Buying a car is a significant decision, and excellent customer service is a crucial part of the process. This interaction has certainly not met the standard I expected, and it has made me reconsider whether this company values its customers.

I have spoken to Lewis Chapman on several occasions and he was very welcoming. He made me feel at ease, no pressure and answered any questions I had. Always kept me informed at all times. Brilliant service

Knowledgeable staff who made it very easy to go through the process of ordering. Dave Flaherty dealt with the order - he was polite and honest, answering all my questions. Emails were promptly replied to and the experience was stress-free, thank you.

Very good service and Lewis took my many calls/emails querying the various offers without any issues and was very helpful. The whole process from beginning to end was great including receiving the car on my driveway with 0 miles.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Always kept informed of all updates.

Ordering was simplicity itself and Sam and Dave(!) were very helpful throughout. This is the second time I have used Forces Cars Direct and although I have yet to receive my car I am very pleased so far.

Honest, friendly service.

The engagement with Julian at Forces Cars Direct was excellent and prompt with everything explained clearly. The only glitch I had was an incorrect price for the model variant I had requested which meant a modest price increase when I came to actually place the order. That aside, I was very happy with the ordering process and communication. The big plus of course is the significant discount over dealer RRP which makes the purchase all the more rewarding!

Customer service is always excellent.
