I think that when you consider that from the initial email to the ordering of the vehicle you dont have to listen to the hard sell of the salesman it all went very smoothly .

first point of contact
The first point of contact was a gentlemen called Sam, he guided me through the initial process. He then pasted me over to a guy called Dave who was very polite and constructive. He showed me how the system worked in detail, going through all the paperwork and pricing, etc. identifying total cost for car also if I wish to do a part X.

Thank you for leaving your review Andrew. It's great news to hear you are back for another car from ourselves, Dave will be happy he was able to help with the purchase. We thank you for coming back to us and we are glad we met your needs.
The actual price on the website is…
The actual price on the website is inflated, and the finance rate of 8.9% is much higher than the market price. Additionally, Force Car Direct is a service that should only charge a minimal processing fee, and the finance rate should be between 0% and 2% to be affordable for military personnel and civilians, rather than making huge profits.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We appreciate your comments.
We’d like to clarify that our finance agreements work differently from those available when purchasing directly through a dealership. The discounts we offer come directly from the vehicle manufacturers, and as a result, the finance agreements available through Forces Cars Direct do not allow us to offer the same 0% finance options that may sometimes be available through a dealership.
Our aim is to provide exclusive manufacturer discounts to help our customers save on the vehicle purchase price, while offering finance options available through our approved finance arrangements.
If you would like to discuss this further as we can’t find any enquiry from yourself or have any questions regarding our pricing or finance options, please don’t hesitate to contact our team, who will be happy to clarify this for you.
