Forces Cars Direct Arvostelua

Impressive

Fast quick service & kept up to speed with every aspect of transactions

Clear and concise guidance throughout the process making everything very straight forward and an enjoyable experience. One of the very few occasions when it all sounds 'too good to be true' - but turns out to actually be TRUE - super saving (still smiling).

Dave was very professional in all communications and pleasure to deal with, highly reccomended.

Genuinely good experience when ordering my new vehicle. Everything explained well by sales and back office staff.

Provided a great service, helped me find suitable finance and gave me a great discount. Stephen was very professional and friendly.

Such an easy process - informative along every step of a journey to order a car. We went to several car show rooms and they admitted they just couldn’t be beaten on price. Excellent customer service and not just by bots but friendly staff at the end of of a phone or email. We couldn’t recommend this organisation more.

Amazing Company!!!!

From the very start of looking for a new car, the team at Forces Car Direct were friendly, helpful and completely professional. They were quick to answer questions and provided clear and concise information that completely answered my questions. Lewis and Claire made the whole process smooth and kept me i the loop the whole time. To all the team many thanks

Very efficient and informative. Great service

This will be my third car I’ve ordered via forces car direct, that tells the story

Second time zi have used

Great people to work with. Active problem solving (which I had created). Also polite and efficient in their communication.
Definitely come back here when I next change my car.

Am very pleased with progress.
Car chosen and small deposit paid
My sales advisor has been helpful and seems knowledgable.

Great discount and really easy to deal with. Lewis was brilliant!

I've always been dubious of using this company, however so far they have been great. Julian was really good and patient with me. Quick to reply and didn't rush me.

My contact with this company was the best decision I have ever made, from my initial contact with Steven who did not put any salesman pressure, to the delivery of my new car, everything was efficient and professional. My allocated delivery coordinator Amy was superb keeping me informed at all stages of the order. They were very flexible on my delayed collection date due to a planned holiday and the payment transfer was smooth and only required 2 days before collection. In addition to the savings by using the company the whole process is highly recommended to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Just collected our new Lexus and are so pleased - we saved £6,000 off list, thanks to FCD.
It was a super simple process, even able to apply our private registration from new (dealer dependant). Amy, our delivery co-ordinator, guided and helped us through the process....thanks, Amy!
We feel we had a better service using FCD than any of the big franchised dealerships were providing on used cars, including Jaguar and Mercedes. The discounts available through FCD allowed us to buy NEW, rather than used. Our experience was seamless and we completely recommend FCD if you want to save money. The Lexus UX suits us perfectly for what we need, especially as the LIST price was just below £40k and saved paying the additional road fund taxes.

The process of ordering is really easy and simple to follow and any queries I've had were addressed immediately by Forces Cars Direct staff members.
Prices are very competitive and I have yet to find anyone who can match the savings made on the price of a new car.

Simple and friendly service at a great price.

Great Service but needed to chase up a request of comparison between the best option for me, PCP or Leasing.
