Only reconfirmation of address was required, but other than that there was no problem.
It was quick from confirmation to delivery of the product.

Great customer service!

There was a little snafu regarding the order -- the wrong item was sent. FSC resolved it quickly and above what was required. Much obliged! Wearing my Crystal Palace gear with pride!

I ordered a t shirt with first class…

I ordered a t shirt with first class shipping whit royal mail and it still hasn't arrived it says for 4 days already the sender is preparing the item and sent 2 emails with no response.

Hi Andrea - thanks for the review. The shirt was ordered on the 20th and shipped on the same day with Royal Mail. Unfortunately they don't provide an update until delivery is attempted. But it should be with you in a day or so. Many thanks Mike

Great service and quick shipping

Football Shirt Collective offers a great selection of classic and modern shirts, some of which you will find hard to find elsewhere. Great service too: I ordered a shirt in medium, which at first seemed sold out, but without me even having to ask they doubled checked their inventory and found one shirt left in my size. I really appreciated that.

Unfortunately in this case your request ran quite beyond that.
