The shipment was not well packaged and the valuable jersey boxes were consequently damaged. After my complaint, there was very good service and a quick solution. British fairplay at its best. Therefore I would buy here again.

I made an order and unfortunately one of the shirts was out of stock and not shipped out. I emailed in and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful. Immediately offered for me to pick out an alternate shirt with an additional value or refund for the out of stock item. I was happy to pick out an alternate item as they’ve got a really interesting stock for shirt collectors. Super responsive and immediately wanted to resolve the issue.

Order a Manchester shirt from Australia, extremely please with quality and condition. Shirt arrived through royal mail and was packaged well and clean.

T-shirt was fine but unfortunately it was not mentioned on the site that I had to pay 30 Eur extra customs and taxes on top of the delivery costs (import to Belgium)
