Some Restaurants don't care about Foodler users.

I don't have any problems with Foodler. Only thing is that they guesstimate food arrival times and sometimes they are inaccurate. I do however, have issues with some of the business and wish I could leave feedback other than rating food etc. Today, for example I ordered delivery from Golden Crown. I called after an hour of not receiving my food. They said they had never received my order and were quite rude. I was very upset as I had used Foodler bucks. Five minutes later, they called back and said they just got the order. So I let them make it because I was unsure of how to get my Foodler bucks back. So after almost 2 hours I received my food. This has happened at another location previously. Is there a way for Foodler to ensure that the businesses on their site are actually providing their services? Just my opinion.

Review was initially five stars

Review was initially five stars, but after several cancelled orders at the last minute leaving me with ZERO food for lunch and no way to get out to order a replacement meal, you have lost a customer. Keep your foodler bucks -- I won't be using them.

Love getting points for ordering

Love getting points for ordering! It may be coincidence but when we order via Foodler our orders seem to arrive faster and fresher. When we have had problems with a restaurant/order Foodler has responded appropriately with refunds and added point credits. The only improvements would be more selections and a tracker.

Yummyinmytummy!

Star Ocean has delivered the best egg foo young in my book since I was 15 years old! Love love love it! No one makes the gravy as smooth and creamy has they do! Yummy! Always great service!
